how does it look in the back?

because even though halloween hats/miscs have obscurred the head before, this seems really over the line of what's an acceptable view of the head box for the sniper to shoot. because my initial impression is you wouldn't have any idea where to aim if the medic has his back turned. if it has a hole in the back like it does in the front, it might work. but then you have the sides to contend with.

Hmm I will need this for halloween.

I really like the idea but it won't be added imo. You're supposed to recognize every class silhouette in a fraction of second, even in an intense fight. Here, there is too much changes and deformity to confirm a medic or not. Try to reduce the size of your modifications and you item would have much stronger chances to be featured in game. (The Wurst That Could Happen is also my favourite name for it :D)
