Yeah, just too confusing to be a actual misc, maybe it could be recolored to be a more cartoony version of the medic that no one would mistake for the real thing, and also the head moved down so snipers could see the real head without a fake standing in the way.

If it fits on the stock Medi Gun's backpack, it also fits on the identical Kritzkrieg's medipack and probably on the Quickfix, too. But what about the differently shaped and differently positioned backpack part of the Vaccinator?

Misc items do not block backstabs. NOBODY would ever fall for this.
