It's 6 years old at this point (before DST was even a thing) and as far as I'm concerned it is discontinued.

That said the idea itself is extremely appealing. A character that crafts it's own upgrades into a selected configuration sounds like fun. I'd try playing that in a heartbeat, except that the promise of +100% extra damage dealt makes me feel like I'd be feeding my inner cheater and with all those other mods for DS he's definitely NOT starving any time soon...

P.S. If you want to balance a character around HP pool size consider copying the "princess" disadvantage from musha mod. In default config she can't eat anything at all once she's fed well enough which means that after consuming her hunger pool's worth of food her "healing rate" drops/stops (unless you have a large supply of non-food healing which is much harder to obtain). Which in turn means that her small starting HP pool actually matters. For everyone else real hp pool is mostly determined by supplies.

+100% extra dealt damage at max 150 health and +50% movement speed for 2x hunger consumption? Yeah, that's not less op, that's MORE op in my book.

Toughest part of don't starve is combat (imho). For which you need armor (not in your mod at all), damage (DOUBLED, OMG!), movement speed (also increased well above what the other characters can get to) and a good stack of something to keep your health up. Usually that's cooked food which you eat mid-battle.
LOW pools may make a big difference, but high ones... meh. You still need to heal back up sooner or later so it all comes down to uses of resources. Closest thing to a real disadvantage here would be the hunger rate, but even that isn't much of a problem, all it means in the end is less rot for you. Now if you halved the HEALING from food and items, THAT could be a trade-off...

There is a bug: After dying with some of the upgrades for health already done I lost them and my health got set to half of the maximun upgrade bonuses.
But maybe this have something to do with another mod that tweaks the death penalty, I need to be sure first.
Is there any port for dst?

i use this mode only no other mode...also i find out that if you are using only Health upgrade (no combat upgrade) there is No 100 point health decrease but when you apply Combat Upgarde before or after Health Upgrade helth decrease by 100 point after re-entering in game

To those that have the same bug I experienced (100 HP loss), can you please send me a list of all mods you've activated when you got this? I have no experience with mods but I've been looking into this for a few days.

I looked into the code. I think it may have something to do with using minimum hp there (which is also equal to 100).

I found a bug where I had 10 Armor, 10 Sanity, 4 Hunger, and 4 ECM. I should have 180 HP, but it was further reduced and now I only have 80 HP. It seems other people have this bug as well.
