Latest update should fix it. Though I gotta say, that's one elusive bug to test, as the game seems to use that particular text entry very rarely, only particular screens.

Regarding the Sjin situation: I have read Lewis' post on Reddit and gave it a thought. From the wording used, it doesn't appear to be so much an ousting as a leave to avoid further damage to the company from the immediate controversy. If I left Sjin in the mod, it could cause less well-informed fans to make false assumptions as to his status, and go to social media with all the wrong questions - exactly the type of damage the Yogs are trying to avoid.

With this in mind, I have removed Sjin's civ from the mod for the time being, but stored all his data for potentially re-adding it in future. If you wish to still play as it (or if you have a game ongoing), you can just download the prior version from the Change Notes panel.

Good news everyone. I figured out both the crash and what was blocking my updates. Turns out Firaxis' Steam Uploader could not handle the super long description of the mod, which it loaded in anyway to re-upload with the update. Which means that now before every update I have to delete it, and then restore it after the update is uploaded.

Yes, it's very dumb. I'll make sure they're made of it for a potential fix.

"ERROR: no such table: Types" means that something messed up the entire database initialization process. Should be higher in the log.

Great mod. My only complaint is that, when playing as Datlof, the Colonization policy does not appear under Craftsmanship in the Civic Tree. You do still get the policy after researching it, but there's no indication that you will, so you just have to trust the game.

Could you post the database log? It can be found at Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Logs. That could help deduce what the problem is.

Am I the only one that finds the Doncon improvement underwhelming? +1 culture and possibly +1 faith doesn't seem much in my opinion (and do not provide for the most interesting placement choice either, maybe another culture bonus for each adjacent wonder or something like that?)

Before you ask: Yes I searched around for a solution, and yes I contact Steam Support. No luck.
I have better things to do than research an obtuse upload error, so I went with plan B and just uploaded it as a new mod entry.
