is this mod currently working?

@Soundcaster, What Kirakian says is correct. If the vanilla is producing the same amount of Oxygen and Hydrogen then you are not producing realistic result and the increased hydrogen would be accurate. 2 H2O → 2 H2 + O2 results in twice the amount of hydrogen to oxygen.

@soundcaster, What you say isn't right either. A single oxygen atom isn't stable, almost everywhere you look oxygen wil always be paired up as O2, just like hydrogen (H2). So the formula used here is: 2 H2O -> 2 H2 + 1 O2.

Vanilla generator is accurate, your mod is not. Hydrogen gas is a diatomic particle. Doubling the output is not realistic, since hydrogen fuel is H2 and not simply H. The logic behind this mod would mean that out of H2O, one would suddenly get 2 H2 and 1 O, alas thou creates mass out of nothing.

update pls

Nope. You're confusing mass with space. Gasses take up the same volume per particle count. Look up "Perfect gas law" in physics and chemistry. Water(ice) is 2 parts Hydrogen, 1 part Oxygen.

But Oxygen is a heavier atom and therefore takes up a bit more space than Hydrogen.
