someone could help me, i cannot buy a dividend because the dividend button is too big and once i have pressed on it and i have chosen the quantity i want to put the buy button and too low

I don't see any dividend payouts, I have restarted the games a number of times and still nothing. It could be because I have the venture capital mod. Can you assist?:

I'm currently seeing some incredibly large payouts making late-game less fun. I'll work on some sort of balance for this.
