It looks like it would fit along with the napalmer flamethrower well, aftuually. Not too flasy, still visible. However, I would consider lowering it on the pyon's back a little bit. It could also benefit from a little wear around the edges, especially on the valve.

TF2 does not have mods that you can subscribe to and download unless someone publishes a download package - which I haven't yet.
