mod abandoned or update is unknown?

It won't crash if you're smart about it. Here's a guide:

1. Subscribe the mod. Go to your workshop hoi4 dump find 1729257239 and open it.
2. Inside there will be folder named "zogu.zip"
3. Use extract here to open the folder structure then delete the original zip.
4. Delete "map" folder as well as "states" and "units" folders from history folder.
4.1. Not sure if necessary, but a good idea would be delete italy.txt from national_focuses. It's probably horribly outdated
4.2. Not sure if necessary, but delete zzz generic file from ideas
4.3. Not sure if necessary, but delete news events from events
5. Update cosmetic.txt from common ---> countries with the one from your files or main mod you're using, copying the ALB_UNIFIED variable at the beggining. Delete the original if necessary.
6. Edit albania.txt in national_focuses in common and change continuous focus position to something that actually doesn't cover the tree eg. x = 700 y = 1900.

Love the mod but it would be much easier to navigate the focus tree if it was up to the current date

On another note id also be happy to give you a list of some more advisors, companies and even equipment to give Albania more flavour although ik this probably isnt your priority :)

Im not sure how to change it, but i think paradox must have intended albania not to change ideology, hence they never bothered allowing the event to change slightly with the leader. Also I find it a bit weird that Italy will still try and invade Albania even if theyre in Comintern or Allies, and basically start WW2 in early 1939. Imo there should be a requirement on the Italian focus that Albania is not in a faction

also another thing i noticed is that the ultimatum event always says "Zog rejects ultimatum" regardless of your leader. Its pretty minor and nothing game breaking but just looks weird

Fixed communist civil war bug and made commie path less OP. Tried adding new commie leader, but my game apparently crashed because of it, so ill leave as it is for now

Just some ideas, Hoxha as leader of the communists as early as 1936 is somewhat ahistorical since Hoxha only became leader of the communists as late as 1941-42. Ali Kelmendi would be a more correct choice for leader, up until his death in 1939. You could make an event where Hoxha succeeds Kelmendi as leader after his death in 1939 or something since that would be more historical, or even make it a chance event that Kelmendi dies altogether (he died during an operation on his tuberculosis). If you need a portrait i believe Kaiserreich has one of Kelmendi, you could probably ask one of their dev team.

Overall though great mod, balkans is very underrepresented in base game and this makes a good addition

tirana is the original state of albania in the base game, that one has the correct supplies. your new provinces, shkoder, vlore, the 2 small ones, and kosovo all had no supply zone

fixed the supply bug and wrong state

wich one is the albania one they all have the smae name

nvm your new provinces don't have supply because they aren't in a supply area, Tirana is not one of the new provinces since its just the base game albania state but smaller and renamed, also can you change the accenting on Vlore, there is no o with an umluat, its the E.

I will make one without these focuses, the communist path is op because you lose all of your stability in the start of it, but I understand

i am totally ok if SOME of the focuses are removed, i also feel as if communist albania is OP

Austria, czech and croatia can form it throught decision, Hungary throught focus

Austria can also form Austria-Hungary through a decision, so it isn't only Hungary. Not sure if Croatia can. You'd have to create them with German and use console command to switch to them.
