Very interesting, take a look at the latest vanilla restorescene.shader file. It has several additional lines that are different from your mod's version of the file. I am going to revert them all except for your 1 intended change. Because the mod definitely has a more dramatic effect at the moment, I assume because the vanilla file has been updated since your mod.

file: restorescene.shader
static const float2 LevelValue = float2( 0.04f, 0.8f
I only changed 0.8 from orginal 0.7
So this mod does not change much without the other mods combined.

Question, if I wanted to turn down the effect in the files can you tell me which parameter I should adjust? I like the effect I just want to minimize it a little bit. Thanks!
