This mod work, but graph is broken in 1.5, so need to manually chagne file Mod_1703583700_SettingsController.xml
in \AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Config
Love the mod's feature, none of other mod has this unique experience graph feature.

After 6 years of modding for this game I am stepping aside. Life has me busy and I will not have time to update my mods. If anyone picks this up let me know and I'll post a message in the description pointing people to the 1.5 version.

1.3 and i have skill and xp loss disabled. im also only using the harmony mod with it since it wouldnt run without it

1.2 or 1.3? It could be a mod conflict or a specific configuration of settings that I overlooked. In the latter case I want.to try to reproduce the issue so I can fix it. What options do you have enabled on this mod's settings?

something is causing my pawns to not skill up, they gain xp then it resets to zero

Enable it and pawn skills will not go down once they're beyond 10 iirc (maybe 12). Check out the mod's setting for more options too

The code is written assuming 20 is max. TBH allowing a higher max would be a large undertaking and I'm not sure the payoff for any of it

Correct. You can also prevent any experience loss as well. So of you're half way through 15 crafting and your pawn goes to sleep they won't lose any experience (enable this through the mod's settings)

it makes sense as a mechanic.
when a pawn gains a title the higher in nobility they are the less they wanna work.
but then the gain psychic abilities. so it kinda makes up for it.

i just think that if they kept the skills they had the max skill bonus in (as it was something they enjoyed) that would make a lot of sense.

even better would be if they just got extremely upset if they had to do work. and suffered mood penalties.

As I have not gotten a chance to play the game since 1.1 I did not know about losing skills as a noble....too many mods to update >.<
Let me see what actually happens and I'll see about adding an option for this case

does this prevent nobles from losing their skills when they rank up?

i understand the mechanic but i would prefer if they did not lose their skills

maybe there is a middle ground where they only lose skills they do not care for (the ones they learn the fastest in)

like they would see those as hobbies and happy to do them

yeah must be. I did find a bug in how i was saving the settings and i thought i had fixed the corner cases when going from the old version to the new. Sorry for the inconvenience and i'm glad it's working now =)
