It looks like it's just LCDManager.cs using the old WritePublicText and GetPublicText methods. I changed them to WriteText and GetText in a local copy and it's compiling and working fine.

Separate issue is the mount point for small ship radar dome is 1x1 while the actual block is 5x5x5. Not sure if there's supposed to be a smaller model, but that's the only one I'm seeing. Should be an easy fix too.

the small radar seems to have the attachments broken, i can only attach blocks to it on one edge

At the moment I have a host on gportal, it only sees the asteroids and boulder, it doesn't see the stations and the ships, if you want I'll show you the screens of the block settings, but they are the same as in the single player where it works, I only transferred the file on gportal.

What is the draw distance for the server? That may have chanced in the server settings.

Thanks for this mod, it's awesome! We used to have it on our dedicated server, and for some reason it only shows about 5km away. OK, that's what we are looking for, but there is a way to make sure it won't be showing anytinhing far than 5km? Like puting a maximum distance limit for all players so no one can see any grids more than 5km away? We wanto the limit to be 5km. Thank you again.

I'm trying to get the LCD to display and I add in the custom data on the Radar dome "OutputLCD:RadarLCD" and name the LCD "RadarLCD" and I get nothing. Sound plays with the Trigger Sound flag in the sound block, but no output on the LCD. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I dont know if this is possible but can an in game radar be set to pick up floating objects after ship to ship battles. As a scavenger player, id like to scratch that completionist itch and pick up EVERYTHING in the area.

Please please do add a 'no subgrid' option :) The clutter caused by bases with piston doors, hinges, elevators etc... Also - PLEASE add back the small grid version ? I have manually tweaked and 'borrowed' another block's model for this purpose, but I like the small model that once was there ... Maybe put a configuration flag if servers do not want to support it ? - Thanks again for the hard work on this mod ! I will try to make a less hackish parsing script this winter :)

Ok that's good to hear. I'm sure it's shared with my faction because that was the first thing I checked. But I've been off the game for a few months and I just came back into it, so I guess I should try again.

Are you using a dedicated server or hosting as player by the way?

This is an awesome mod and I've been using it for a while. The only problem I'm having is, nobody in my ship other than myself seems to be able to see the markers on our server. Is this a known issue?

Update! Automatic LCD's 2 will allow me to prepend / append so I'm good on that now. BUT option to turn of bits of the extra info would be still nice.

Also I found why I still saw my subgrids even as i hat the MinimumDistance at 100:
Radar was 52m behind me and subgrid 50m infront, so for the radar it was over 100m.

I set it to 100 but still see subgrids of my ship (under 50m away).
Or is there even a no-own-subgrids option?

So weirdness - I removed all the in-game radar items, rebuilt them and the control panels are back to the 'normal' version and controls are in Custom Data as before ... Great job remote fixing my system Spirit ;) Thanks again for your Mod - it still is the best :)

Spirit - I havnt played in a while and just coming back I found that the 'auto updated' mod had a bunch of stuff as Control Panel options and a SCAN button to force an active scan ... when reading the comments below they are still using 'Custom Data'. Did someone do some voodoo with your mod while I have been away ? I really want it to work ( the way it used to ). - any advice and clarity would be appreciated.

You should be able to parse the output on the display, it's in regular gps format :)

is it possible to get antennas' gps location from the radar? I'm trying to make a kamikaze drone that flies into enemy grids
