mine say this is 1.3 took me 11+ hour to run through over 300 mods before i lured this bc it wasnt regit with red 1.3 before today :/

I don't know if you all fixed it in the 1.4 version or not, but you have a mod dependency load circle:
CE needs to loads before VEF Classical but after Mechanoid, but VEF classical needs to load after mechanoid.
