I have the same problem as di3go - Earth (Huge) map has no resources except strategics. At first, playing as Spain, I just dismissed the scarcity in Iberia as a weird design choice, but when I got over to the Caribbean only to discover absolutely no resources of any kind and then did a quick scan of the parts of Europe I'd discovered it hit me - there were no luxuries or special resources on the map. Happened with More Luxuries v.155 both on and off. I tried Earth MK3 (Huge) and a large-sized Earth map and there were luxuries, so it appears to just be that one map (at least) that is broken. Shame, as it's a good size and design.

I am not able to see Theodora/Byzantium in the civ list at all, I have tried a number of different settings and this is the only mod pack I am using. Any reason for this to be happening? and is there a fix for it?

The Historic Starting Resources and True Resource Placement dont seem to work on the Standard Earth map. When checked no natural resources (like cows/stone/etc) will spawn, only tech resources like horses/iron.

Not sure if it is a bug exactly but seems to happen 100% of the times.

@JFD can you make it so that when you do tsl if two of the same civs spawn in a similar spot, the one who goes second their starting units dont just spawn anywhere

Aside from lacking aluminum, anything higher than standard resource make banana disappear entirely

How exactly do you load back a hot-seat save? I only found people asking this question, but no answers. Multiplayer doesn't support mods and there is no option to load hot seat games in custom mode, and when I try to load the save normally (by moving it from hot seat to single player folder), the load button is greyed out. If I try to load it in multiplayer, it crashes.

This mod changed the Research Center requirements needing +1 aluminum, is there anyway to revert this back?

When playing with this mod amonst many others, I noticed it was possible to build city 3 tiles apart instead of 4. Is that legit or

I remember one version had a conflict with Byzantium and Ottomans both coded to start at Constantinople, which meant one would get bumped to a random location. There was a fix for that, I believe, that moved the Ottomans to Ankara and that worked well, with the Ottomans competing immediately with Byzantium and Assyria 😊

Some JFD civs are YNAEMP-compatible, and I recall it’s possible to code real start locarions for the others. But it’s been a few years and I don’t remember how I did it 😂

Ruin bonuses are completely ahistorical, so it makes sense to me that historic start locations should not offer ruins.

So, I've been trying different combinations of Mods to get this to work properly but to no avail.
I've loaded V25 because it's the only version that I can get to work with the GAIA Core Mod. The problem with Version 25 is that there are no Ancient ruins anywhere on the map when I play as the Polynesians on Epic / Emperor level. Also, all the City States are in the wrong locations save a few exceptions. Is there a solution for this? I tried Version 22 and the city states and Ancient Ruins work fine but it the game crashes if I load the Gaia Core Mod. Thanks for your time and making this Mod.

How do I load a saved game? I started a game with the mod enabled but saved and quit. I go to load it from the "Load Game" option in the mods category and it crashes bc YnAEMP is not enabled. If I enable it through the "Custom Game" option, I cant seem to load prior saves, only create new games.

Love the mod, but for some reason, no resources are spawning at all, even when I choose riche resources. Could this be a bug or maybe one of my other mods isn't compatible?

Any way to get JFD's modded civs to work with the mod? under advanced setup, the only civs available are base game civs unless you select random selection and get lucky

any reason why Byzantium doesn't spawn in correct starting location, I select all civs to ensure ottomans are not in game and they always seem to spawn in America. I disabled all other mods, interesting enough I have tested ottomans and they do spawn in true starting location

the multiplayer is hotseat only, and the custom UI screen means that the mod is incompatible with multiplayer solutions such as MPMPM. The hotseat multiplayer is accessible by simply changing the AI dropdown to Human where applicable.

I really enjoy using the TSL format, but after using this mod, if I try to start another modded game without YNAEMP, the 'Random Map' option gives me the Earth map every time. It happens even if I disable this mod in the mod menu. I tried unsubscribing from the mod (and deleting it from my computer) and restarting the game, but all that did was make it so that Random Map gives me no map at all, causing me to lose the game instantly. I uninstalled and reinstalled Civ - same problem. I ran a 'modded game' but with all mods disabled, to make sure it wasn't caused by something else - same problem. At this point I don't understand how the mod is still having any effect.

I can confirm that it is the Cultural Diversity collection causing my issue with mod. If I just load it by itself, it works fine. If I load it an d the CulDiv collection, it is messed up.

I have all the RtP and Cultural Diversity mods, When I try to use this mod, the menus are messed up. I can not slect no civs since the civ menu is blank. Also the difficulty level menu us blank.

For some unknown reason the tsl on all the maps is broken for most vanilla and modded civs and seems to place them in the same spot everytime, except for bablyon which is correct. I've tried redownloads, deleting moduserdata, and the cache, but nothing works.

One of my favorite mods of all time. I started playing civ 5 when it first came out on my old account before access to it. I really loved playing TSL with 43 nations mod enable so I could run civ battle royales. I still vividly remember seeing Dawkins narration of the CBR MK1 and thinking I had to do that. I really am proud of this community.

For some reason tsl on all the YNAEMP mods are broken, they won't spawn in the correct area and always spawn in the same weird spots no matter what civ it is. I've tried reinstalling the mod multiple times and clearing out the cache but nothing works

When starting a game, even after changing the number of City-States in the Setup screen, it always defaults to the maximum number of City-States. Is there a chance to fix this?

There are no ancient ruins for the Shoshoni to benefit from. This pretty much makes the faction pointless, or the mod unusable if you want to play as them. On the other hand, factions like Babylon have a HUGE terrain advantage. Perhaps this is historically accurate, but not very fair in game terms.

Some of the modded civs which I have just don't appear in the drop down selection with YnAEMP. Some do and some don't, what could be causing a conflict here?
