Report a translation problem
First, your Mod overwrites all the Governments (but not the Civics). Separate the Qin Celestial Empire Government into its own file, like you did with the Civics.
Second, your Mod overwrites the Planet Habitability Traits. It does not need to do this.
Third, your Event, for some reason, causes other humans to not spawn. Add a Mean Time to Happen of about eighteen days to fix that.
Fourth, your Mod overwrites Fallen Empire Subject Types, when it does not need to do so. Your Qin Subject Type already functions independently.
Fifth, and finally, when the Qin Empire wakes up, it loses its special Qin Civic. Is that intended?
