Please do not use any earlier versions as they are no longer functional with the new game updates, following the release of the Fading Embers DLC.

The new Cheat Mode V3.0 features a few new options, and is fully compatible with ALL DLC.

You will, however, notice that the X-05 Body Armour no longer grants the wearer additional inventory slots during scavenging missions. This is because the developers removed this feature in a previous update and is no longer supported.

Working on updating the Cheat Mode now, will let you all know when it's ready for release. I'm redoing it from scratch so it might take a little longer, when it's ready, the release will be stable and hopefully fully compatible with the base game AND all DLC.

when are you going to update this mod?

The game keeps crashing for me. Maybe because of the X-05 Body Armour that I've made? Or is it something else that is causing the problem? I only have cheat mode 2.1 installed.

Sorry, still haven't had chance to update it yet. I'm still away from home for the next few days but as soon as I'm back I'll update this fully and include the new DLC as well.

Other features are still working well, and if the body armor is repaired, the backpack is added, and the game is unresponsive, this is still the best mod.

In the Stories DLC.When the merchant comes in the morning and trades with the merchant, the game will not respond. I only use this mod.

Not sure if the other comments are referring to the stories or not.

Does it work without using the stories?

When I'm back home, rather than just updating it to be functional I'll probably look to adding DLC support for the new stories.

Looking forward to testing this mod out. Looks interesting. I'll await an update.

the mod only issue is in fire embers NPCs never come to your shelter anymore including trader and story-related NPC making me stuck forever in progress

yeah im getting the same crashing issue when i try to travel

Sorry, I mean the game crashes, then closes. For me it seems to be when night-time occurs and I try to go scavenging, it crashes (when loading the destination). Also, when I try to trade with the trader, it crashes.

Hi, sorry I'm not sure what you mean when you say "it glitches". Could you be more specific? I. E does it crash, does it hang, do items not appear, storage space?

Take a look at the discussions section for the freezing issue that you are referring to - I've included a work around for the time being on how to enable mods whilst able to play The Last Broadcast.

Causes the game to crash when attempting to start a new "The Last Broadcast" story, top of the load order, restarted the game, started a new story, and crash every time. Disabled the mod and was able to start the story just fine.

I believe this is probably due to the stack sizes, I plan to reduce them to 255 on each stack for each item in the next update. Can't see anyone exceeding anymore than that with the other features in tow.

I just have a small remark. I have the impression that the jacket to bring back more material does not count everything at the end of the harvest night.

thanks for responding :) it freezes before the game starts - when it should come up with 'day 1', it freezes and then crashes. And i will try with different children, didn't think of that. Again thank you!!
