"I strongly urge you to go through the "Mod Settings" in-game and change them to your preferences before playing.
I have included my personal settings preferences in the Configs download if you do not want to make your own.
Put the config folder in: "C:\Users\user_name\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios""
Another idea is when using RimPy, you can save mod lists. This means you can:
Unsub to all mods in collection.
Save a load list with all your mods.
Subscribe to all mods in collection.
Load the saved load list.
This will leave all the collection mods in the inactive column. Effectively separating the collection from the rest of your mods.
Here's my current list I used for a Viking playthrough. Just remove the spaces.

All that really matters are three things:
1) Mods are not designed with poor integrity to begin with.
2) Mods are not loaded with conflicting mods.
3) Mods are loaded beneath their dependencies.
As long as these three rules are followed (the first one relying on the mod author), you can load a mod anywhere in your load order.
I would probably load it by the Android mods or put them in their place if you remove Androids. I can't give you a rule for each race, as I don't know their dependencies.
A question though: If one were to add a HAR2.0 compatible race mod to this, about what area in the sorting should it go? Would that change if it added techs and furniture?
If you want a collection that is strictly about Vanilla combat and enhancing/changing it. Mods included in that collection will probably also be in this collection.
