Are there any plans or versions of this mod compatible with the latest Rimworld? This mod does not seem to work for me. I'm using more than 15 additional mods that are compatible with each other and work just fine.

Appreciate any help from the community here. First time player to Rimworld.

I agree with Bearhiderug. I imagine that Leaders in this mod are more like community leaders as apposed to Ideological leaders. Those roles can overlap but can also be independent. Keeping the two systems mostly separate would be good.

So, a designated 'leader' of an ideology could be a general leader, inspiring other pawns with their 'aura', making those of the same ideology happier (positive mood) giving a small chance for inspiring Introspection/Work speed? This 'leader' cannot be one of the other 4 leaders but instead is installed at the next election? Just a thought.

@The Right Knee - You're right. I mean ideology and "leadership" are pretty unavoidable. It makes sense that this mod would interact with it. I'll need to review all the changes the mod brings in. In the meanwhile, i'm also open to suggestions!

@Leon - That's odd... So the eletion event isn't finishing for some reason. Maybe I should put some logic in to force the event to end after X amount of time, so that people don't get stuck in the election. I'll see if I can add that logic to the 1.3 patch.

@Azza35 be a little patient with a modder whose life and job don't revolve around updating maintaining hobby projects. 4 comments below yours, one of the mod maintainer/authors said he will take a look at the mod for 1.3.

Just stay on 1.2 for 1-2 months.

Even if the Psychic sensetivity for scientist leader is turned off, the leader aura still gives other colonists -20% psychic sensetivity, essentially debuffing your psycasters just by standing nearby

Everytime a Leader ends their job elections get disabled. Is there a way to continue elections after a leaders job ends?

Personally - and this is just me - I feel like this is something I'd like to see in the mod settings. A simple setting for "Leader limit (>5 colonists)" that defaults to 2.

Then again, getting real personal, I'm quite okay with the whole Roman Consul method being applied only to sufficiently large colonies as it is.

@Duncy - Not for democracy but I may consider adding that as a feature option. But sometime too much control for the user can be overwhelming. So, I'd like to implement a GUI with preset options like "default" etc. In the meantime, I might make a simple config file. I'm also open to suggestions and github pull requests :D

@Golden Retriever The speed in which colonists gain experience. I believe it's too fast, would like to nerf it a bit if possible.

Any way to nerf the teaching speed? Seems very OP as it currently is.
