I'm currently running a fresh server and this kibble mod still works 100% as intended.
If you dont have a tranq mod that depletes hunger make sure to use the hunger pill included in this mod for instant tame on all kibble tames, it will only work if the dino is actually eating kibble originally. This is only guaranteed for official dinos, any dino mod comes with their own OP kibbles so use that in that case.
Conclusion, this still works as intended as a replacement for the need to make an egg farm and it's for the end game as it's learnable only at lvl 90+ & if you already unlocked industrial cooker.
if you read the other comments and the full description all of this is already explained in details
I made this mod before the new kibble system it's possible that's the reason
If that was too hard for your English the easy answer is :
Yes still works.
ie. want to raise the unlock level, disable the hunger pill etc.. ;)
I think I might be able to work with the Engram Entry too, if you're willing to supply it. But config options would make it easier for more people.
Will be testing this mod tonight, but seems to be what I'm looking for.. other kibble mods doesn't support the new kibble system yet, but seems this mod "bypasses" that anywho :)
me simply enjoy the mod. Anyways as I stated before, thank you very much for this mod, I'll enjoy it either guilt free or shamelessly, come what may!
The mats are not that easy to get for starters and it also requires to be high level to learn so that's how i'm balancing it, it's not something OP for starters since they still have to go through the game and establish without it. At end game once you have everything running, to be honest even if the mats were a bit harder to find or more grindy, it would still be pretty easy. This is mainly so that you dont have to worry about many different recipes and what does each dino tame best with. It's meant to be a quick, painless shortcut. The Hunger Pill also makes life so much simpler but it's cheaty. Anyway if cheaty was an issue i'd recommend not using this mod. :)
It should still work as intended and could still be ok specially for the hunger pill, that helps a lot you can easily hunger pill and tame with prime most carnivorous things at full potential.
There's an official revamp of kibble if i understood correctly but i haven't looked into it personally.
