Fixed the amount of food, hunger pill was removing.

Details:
Originally made it testing only on unconscious creatures and it was setup to remove about 15-20% of their hunger per pill but that made the pill not have any effect (or very little 15 food loss) on creatures & humans that are conscious. I wanted the pill to be effective on conscious things as well for exemple to generate more poop among other utilities. So now it removes a good chunk (about 2500) from conscious entities but also removes 100% food from unconscious ones which makes it a bit crazy but that's ok the goal is to speed up taming process anyway and it achieves that goal.

Update 1.1
Added "Hunger Pill" a consumable that you can learn if you learned perfect kibble first that will make you and dinos hungry but wakes you up! It also removes some torpidity, about 4x Stimulant effect.
