Thank you. It was driving me crazy that I couldn't smooth some of the edges of my mountain base.

Honestly, fuck YES to removing HugsLib as a dependency. It's nothing but a major error generator that been breaking my game since around 1.3

I suppose hugslib dependency could be make optional or even removed, I'd need to look at that. If anybody has some useful links about built-in mod menu or migrating settings from hugslib, please share.

At the beginning of game I have some raids and trades, but after few hours, even I use "2" settings - no raids, no traders, what I do wrong?

Ignore my previous comment, turns out my ground penetrating scanner was broken, but I couldn't see the broken icon because I had the scanner disabled.

After installing this mod, my buried steel/gold/plasteel/etc overlay no longer shows up.

Steam is using about file and it's showing 1.4 on this page, so maybe try re-subscribe to download mod again.

It wasn't, however as mentioned author claims it is ready so hopefully soon it will be updated. In worst case I'll remove mod settings and upload plugin with hardcoded "0".

I believe HugsLib has been updated actually. Looks like there was an update pushed on Oct. 5 to Github.

I will try to add HugsLib as an optional dependency. Please let me know If there is a new building mechanic in 1.4 like there was with Monuments.

@rominaHDL, this depends on Hugslib, of which the author hasn't been online in quite a while. Don't think this will be updated any time soon unless its reworked to work without it, or someone else fixes hugslib.

Either way, thanks Kapitan for the mod, has been really useful so far.

No, this only changes how close to the edge you can build. You may say that it makes usable space larger.

Thanks for the report. This mod was made before DLCs. I haven't bought them, but I'll see if it's possible to fix that with base game.

when playing on a small map (25x25) when attempting to put down monument blueprints from quests it still says too close to map edge, i have made sure the settings are set to 0 and everything else works as expected

Map generation is nowhere near no-build zones, and probably mods are overriding whole map generation logic, thus it's not really practical to add option into this mod.

would adore an option to make it so that you can have the no-build zone force generate w/o a roof, certain mods that adds a cave biome completely break certain aspects because the lack of open space at all

to anybody whos confused, you can block off parts of the map using this, if all parts are blocked enjoy drop pod raids or mech clusters, very good for a cheesy killbox design
