Also, be careful reporting and "silencing" their attempts to bully me into silence, they will see it as an attack on free speech lolol
As for your problem, you could try looking through your save file for the event that is killing your characters.
Only thing I can say is that your issue is new to me, so I can't really think of any reasons you're facing this problem.
Also, one can easily spot a wise person, because all wise people say they "understand the world". Or was it the opposite?
One becomes brainwashed only when they refuse to consider opposing viewpoints.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling all mods including this one, I've tried running it both with and without other mods at the same time, I've tried both ruler creator and pre-existing characters, and I've tried with both homosexual and non-homosexual characters. At this point I'm out of ideas and I'm positive it has to be a bug somewhere, maybe the last CK2 updates messed with it?
Any help would be appreciated, I really like this mod.
Let me explain it again in your own words: if you're a MR, you need "to be a member of either the Sapphics or the Golden Orchid AND have full status of women".
Once you fulfill those requirements, the game will automatically give you the first law in the chain within a year or so, unless your religion allows you to just pass the final law.
OR you could have passed those laws without the help of societies when you were still tribal. You could have just passed the final law without the wait if you were King-tier.
Sorry I don't support this mod anymore. Going back to my old PC to sift through the files and update the mod would be a whole process.
And yes, I agree - historical games should start as historically accurate as possible.
And the point of historical games is not historical accuracy. They can't be historically accurate just by the virtue of the medium.
After spending some time poking the problem, it seems that event LES.1000 is sometimes calling event LES.1020 when it clearly shouldn't.
On my game moving the line NOT = { has_religion_feature = religion_patriarchal } to the beginning of the trigger block instead of the end fixes the problem, despite the fact that both versions evaluate exactly the same in the console with the testevent command. I assume that somehow the event is getting checked before all the variables are fully initialized or something.
Thank you!
And it's not going to be exactly the same thing as this, it's going to be a new mod.
