满铁的丸山四叶国策都有BUG。丸山资金会消失导致无法点后续国策，四叶的陆军经验扣除判定不对导致无法点国策。

about my last comment you can also fix it by makking arsenal of democracy like 20% wt but its way lower then 40% and im not sure its what you want ( you can make it either 40% or 1 jan 1939 which i think is the best)

hello when i play usa (4-5 games) im get locked in about 1 jan 1939 untill the ww2 start i can pick anymore focus tree becuse selective traing locked but worse arsenal of democracy locked untill the start of ww2 and then you dont even want to pick it.i truly recomnad to let the players take arsenal of democracy 1 jan 1939 and not 40% word tension which happend 20 days before farance cap and then it goes all the way to 80% and 5 days later you are at war with jappan .
all in all very nice game

i think the newest update broke all the leader portraits, all of them are now just generic human leaders. the only country leaders unaffected are Lithuania & Canada, but even then their advisors & generals have generic portraits too.
