[WOTC] Wrist-Mounted Grenade Launcher

It breaks UI images of magnetic and plasma sawed off shotgun and advanced vibroblade. These 3 UI appear when I remove this mod. This mod is so good, hope this can be fixed

really good bc using jetpacks and genade launcher inflict with that. anyways where is the cosmetic launcher. could not find it in the individulasation

Installed this into an existing campaign and it broke a few of UI images for other weapons (plasma shorty and advanced vibroblade from the LW2 Secondary Weapons mod). Not sure if the mod needs to be updated or it's just a kink in my modlist, but it seems like it should easy to fix on my own if someone can point me to the right files. It's a minor problem that doesn't affect gameplay (the only difference is seeing the rainbow "img" object instead of the correct item).

Otherwise, it's a fantastic addition and works just fine (and thanks for making it). I would even say it's aesthetically mandatory for running Krogans and Turians with grenade builds.

Haave you thought of add a movement boost since the grenadiers aren't carrying around a second heavy piece of equipment?

can you add compatibility with the Beam Grenade Launcher mod so that the T3 Wrist-Mounted Launcher functions like the Beam Grenade Launcher

im having a strange bug where some soldiers seem to be auto unequipping the wrist launcher after mission but the game still thinks they are carrying it so i cant use the normal or wrist variant but they also dont actually get the benefit of the launcher. not 100% sure on what causes it but i think it has to do with using a pistol as a primary

used this in lwotc in combination with iridars rockets... the most fun and eye pleasing campaign in a while - I am beyond happy you made this, I hate the vanilla launchers with a passion.

here we are years later I can finally play a true BIG BOOM heavy.

hmm strange. even when I used the standard grenade launcher it shows the beam one on them too for some reason and seems to be no way to make it not appear

Thanks :) it's the first mod I ever made. It will not break anything when used in conjunction with that mod, but it will also not upgrade the beam wrist-mounted grenade launcher unfortunately.

Ok, tried it. Works with prototype armory and CI, but you can only access the higher tiers through xskin. Works perfectly

Subscribed, but haven't played yet, just want to ask, does this work with prototype armory where weapons are not infinite? If not, can I do something in the .ini files to make them buildable? Cause I soooo want to use this. Thanks for this by the way

Would it be possible to allow us to be able to choose how many upgrade slots these things have? They default to only 1 slot, which isn't enough when you use Grimy's Loot Mod.

Thanks for this mod!! I use it on all of my grenadiers. It looks much better than the clunky default launcher :P

Are the Mass Effect weapon mods coming back? I am starting a new game soon and hoped to try them out.

@WMG Hey WMG, I looked into this - unfortunately the way the other tier 3 launcher is built overrides the function I would reference to make this happen. If both mods are installed, his takes priority. We'll call it a lore effect that you need to larger machinery to make that targeting method work :P

Hey, this mod is pretty cool and I do like having this as an alternate to the regular launchers. However, I was wondering is there any way I can modify the tier 3 launcher to behave like the blaster launcher? I use the tier 3 grenade launcher mod and it feels bad that the tier 3 wrist mounted launcher can't use the same effects.
