While I don't know if the models are identical to yours, there are at least models with the same file-paths and -names in the old "private beta" version of Source Filmmaker, which have been uploaded to https://source.maxofs2d.net/?dir=sfm (in the "sfmbeta_content.7z" and "sfmbeta_sound.7z" files) multiple years ago.
(I'm posting a comment about this because that the description says that you don't think that anyone else has uploaded these models before.)

What's great about this model is that valve put their HEART into it... didn't mean to BEAT it around the bush... but I can't stop the beat I can't stop... Okay I'll go sit in the corner in the left side of a CHEST .
