The original UI character will not display the full name.,After changing the character title, it will be displayed directly after the name.,The same large font as the name.,Easy to read.,I generally use it to note the villain's sub-skills.,For example, "Training Mouse 1,Social。 I found that this mod would force the full name of the character to be displayed, and the title was removed to the second line, which was displayed in a very small font, which made it a little difficult for me to get used to it for a while.

hey, this is an absolutely amazing mod, however i do think it would be nice to have an arrow system similar to the ingame one that shows whether or not a stat is increasing or decreasing for things like food, sleep, and recreation.

It would be great if you can add detailed health status widgets, such as stealth time and anesthesia time, so that I don't have to select the character and click on the health status to confirm. (Because it is machine translation, the wording may not be accurate:)

It's either this, Drag-Sorting or DragonBond causing a weird issue where the Architect Gizmos will end up adjusted too far to the left and behind the Architect categories...

when a deathless pawn is injured to a degree where a normal pawn would start bleeding out, the hud states they'll bleed out in x hours, even though they wont due to the deathless gene. is there any way to fix this?

i have been trying to find a way to add CuM resource point available to upgrade pawn ( from rimmsqol) to the HUD but cant find it. is there any way ?

@Robin192000: admittedly I do tend to skip over bug reports these days and have been away from the game a while. Anyway, if you can get the mod author to contact me through discord with the line that needs fixing I should be able to make an update for that.

Ok so my bug report is with all the others in your pinned section, I submitted it there months ago. And yes, I fully understand the bug is caused by 3rd party mods. In my case I strongly believe it is one of the grimworld 40k mods that add adeptus astartes to the game. Any HUD crashes I get seem to be always when I select a primark pawn. Though it is spotty and I don't exactly know what triggers the crash.

I did however contact the mod author of that mod, gave him the crash reports and he read over them and said it was a simple line of code in your mod.

"Only thing i can say is that he seems to have forgot a null check somewhere that wasn't accounted for whatever reason"

Could that be it? again, Idk, I'm really not trying to sound like I am having a go at you. I want to help you as much as I can. Your work is exceptionally good, and the RimHUD is the most useful mod I have tbh. I literally cannot play the game without it.

@Robin192000: Not sure where your bug report is but I can assure you most bug reports are quite different from each other and are mostly caused by 3rd part mods. If a 3rd party modder needs my mod altered they could easily contact me with direct information what I need to do. Any modder should also be able to make a compatibility submod quite easily.

@others:
For the scaling issue, this is a legitimate issue that I've often had trouble getting right as I have a standard 1920x1080 monitor and it's hard to test scaling that would ordinarily be used with bigger monitors. As in general these scaling complaints have been rare considering the number of subscribers, I must admit I've not given it as much attention as I probably should and there are workarounds for it.

So this mod crashes constantly for me, I have submitted a bug report which incidentally is exactly the same as 99% of them by other people, and the modder has yet to address it. I have reached out to other modders that I feel their mods maybe conflicting to cause the crash and they have told me there is nothing they can do about it that it is down to this modder's code having some easy to fix error in it. idk. I am not a modder or coder.

This mod is absolutely critical to my rimworld experience. The vanilla HUD is garbage. And I hate having to exit game and reload every few mins when RimHUD crashes.

Anyway I am posting this here because Jaxe never seems to be online anymore, and this mod seems to be abandoned? Anyone got a clue about that?

I was wondering if someone else could remake this mod and keep it working and upto date?

Also forgot to mention it but Ill look into what you said, though I tried many settings and did not see / understand what you are talking about, unless its the "docking mode" which i do not like, so that would be unfortunate

Has nothing to do with monitor size.

Alternatively to what I said before I assume you could edit the Prefs.xml file and reduce the uiScale.

A lot of the panels that normally fill to the top of the screen now get pushed up a little and their top gets cut off.

Workaround:
If you disable the option to have it add to the vanilla panel, but open an alternative. And also disable the one that makes the vanilla panel bigger.

I do not know if this was a problem before, since its been a while since I last played Rimworld, but is it just me or the "genes" tab when selecting the xenotype just doesnt fit when you have a considedrable amount of genes?, like i feel like the window should be smaller since it has a scroll up/down feature. I wonder if anyone else has the same issue or has found a solution to this

@SanDimas You can do that in the Content tab of the HUD options. Deselect "Other Humanlike" on each bit of information you want to hide to hide it for pawns you don't control.

I noticed back in 2018 you added an experimental fix for compatibility with ExtendedInspectData, but that issue seems to be back and I was wondering if there's any chance you could take a look at it again? I like EID for keeping track of items in linked storages, but it's really starting to grate having the storage (or contents tab if using ASF) overlapping the info window and blocking the tabs.

had a wierd issue, not quite sure how it happened but a wild man caused a large amount of lag and the fog of war effect would engulf the entire map in a cone that went outwards but focused in on the wild man himself. it was very strange and I gotta find the logs for it somehow. Not sure where, though.

@Dr Jimothy As far as I know, you have to restart the game to reactivate RimHUD when it crashes.
