Was trying to figure out how to use totemic awakening and cant seem to get it to give me any new abilities. I dont know if they should just be added to my characters spell bar. If anybody could provide me some light behind this spell that would be pretty neat

Ultimate skills can't be crafted anymore but the ones made before can be made again via the recipe tab anymore?

Having a problem with this mod, where anytime this mod is enabled for multiplayer, a friend joining just disconnects when we have the mod on, its the only one we deducted in doing this.

@ Naked Granny That is so not true, I've used this mod for a couple of playthroughs and some skills may not yet work perfectly, but the majority works exceptionally fine and the Stances provided by this mod (Dueling Stance/Sniping Stance/Barbed Armor/etc.) are supposed to stay permanently, but every skill comes with a removal skill that has never failed me before.

Also, the Stances are automatically removed when you progress the story sometimes; for example when you go to the Hall of Echoes for the first time to unlock Bless, or when you get to the Lady Vengeance and after you crash into the outskirts of Arx.

This mod has extremely dangerous potentially-game breaking bugs in it.

Among them, you cannot toggle Sniper Stance off. As soon as you toggle it on, it becomes permanent and there is absolutely no way to remove it. It can't be removed by respec mirror, reloading your save, nothing works. It's permanent and that character will have -40% movement and lower max AP for the rest of the game. It bricks your save. Avoid this mod.

I already changed the radius of the aura, it was easy yeah ^^

What i want to do is changing the "actual size of the banne", as i said. I'm speaking of the size of the 3D model, the skin of the banner that i find really huge and sometimes it bobyblocks too much.
So i would like to reduce its size but i have no idea how it's done >.< !

English isn't my native language, so sorry if i wasn't clear. I'll try to be in the future.

So, the way the banner works is it is a summon with an aura attached to it. To change radius of the aura you need to access the txt files for the mod (will be in sonehwere like [wherever steam is installed]/steamapps/common/Divinity Original Sin 2/DefEd/Data/Public/NewSkillcombos/Stats/generated/Data). Go to the Txt file called Status_CONSUME and find an entry called “WAR_AURA” then under that you can change the parameter “Auraradius” to whatever you please. Hope that helps!

I tried your mod and even if i'm not fan of all spells, some of them are really fun playing with ! Original game lacked crafted skills i felt, and i'm glad you added every missing combinations ^^

That being said, i have a request. I'm new to modding and i'm trying to fix many things that i don't really like on my mods library, and i was wondering... Your War Banner summon is really cool and i've tuned the range to be a bit lower (5 meters) so i need to choose if my melee characters or my range characters benefit from it.

And i tried to changed the actual size of the banner but couldn't find anything. Do you have any idea about it maybe ?
I tried to look if there was an actual parameter in the character template, like "size" or "scale", but somehow it seems not. I wonder if it's not controlled by the 3D model of the NPC itself :/.

Any lead would be appreciated :D !

Hello Everyone! Its been a while. I got pretty burnt out on modding DOS2 and Im just generally mich busier now than I was when I released this mod, so apologies for lack of response. To answer some questions though:

1. There are probably some conflicts with other mods, particularly if they add crafting recipes for spells, this is why I made a point of adding the vendor. Load mods with conflicting recipes after mine so that they can use the recipe and then Buy my stuff from the vendor. This is largely compatible with the popular stuff though
2. i have noticed some feedback about void armaments. These should no be affecting the party and I’ll look i to it (it is kinda funny/appropriate for chaos magic though)
3. Yes, I did switch around vampire form and essence drain lines, thematically they felt more appropriate. The int scaling was an oversight I’ll look into, I may make it scale off weapon damage.
4. “snipe” should only work on marked targets, this is intended

Hope this doesn't annoy you, but I had an idea after reading in the comments that a few people have problems with the "Barbed Armor" skill not functioning properly. There was a Shield Stance in DoS 1, "Elemental Tortoise", highly increasing resistances at the cost of damage output and movement speed. So maybe merge the two skills together? A Stance to slightly increase resistances and reduce movement speed like the "Sniping Stance" and reduce max AP like "Dueling Stance" and instead of return melee damage just outright increase Retribution?

Also "Vampire Form" is a Necro/Scoundrel skill and "Essence Drain" is Scoundrel/Poly, didn't it used to be the other way around or am I imagining things... again? Because especially "Essence Purge" with the requirements of 3 in Scoundrel and Polymorph seems a little too much for an Intelligence scaled skill

This mod is very cool, I recommend. Minor thing but be aware that if you are using Odinblade's Aerotheurge Overhaul, you can't craft the 2 hydro/aero skills in this mod because Odinblade's Aero changes the regular aero/warfare craft to aero/hydro, thus blocking the crafts from this mod. HOWEVER you can just buy both the hydro/aero skills from this mod at the vendor (Selena)

Hello again, been using the Void Armament buff recently for my new Chaos Battlemage build and have encounter a curiosity; the chaos damage + unstable debuff only happens with basic attacks (as is intended I presume), but when I kill enemies with basic attacks and/or under the effect of unstable these enemies tend to explode causing random effetcs to my party in the area
For example, Lohse, the chaotic battlemage in question was turned into a cow for two turns for defeating an enemy
Was that intended to appear more volatile, or is it a bug, or maybe confliting mods? Because the cow thing only happens on myself and I've only seen that on the special armors from the Crafting Overhaul, not a skill or sideeffect

Hi! I'm having an issue with the skill snipe. I cant seem to hit any targets with the ability because it says invalid target. I am unsure of what is causing this or if I need to position a certain way before I can use it

@CrOnA, this is a "bug" known in several other mods, it is not a problem with this specific one, you are using other mods, right? If I'm not mistaken, I've seen people solve this problem by downloading the Norbyte's Script Extender, are you using it?

I'm quite curious as to how Thrill of the Hunt (ultimate spell for Huntsman/Scoundrel/Polymorph) is meant to be used. I'm having trouble seeing any use case for this spell with this cost (4AP+3SP) and duration (1 turn), so I guess I'm missing something about it.

I could maybe see something in a Lone Wolf run, but I don't think it'd be meant to be used only in solo.

For some odd reason, I loaded this on my new computer hoping to continue my old save where this mod was already enabled, when all of the skills I knew from this mod vanished, as well as most of the other mods I had's NPC vendors. Curious.

Hey I just noticed that, in the skill description of Vampire Form it reads applies decay permanently and makes you immune to blessing, which does not work correctly, but the description on the document you linked above it doesn't say anything about decay or blessing... so I'm a bit confused as to if those effects were never meant to be or if they're just not working correctly?

I found her in fort joy but she won't sell me the books. I can pickpocket her and see that they're all there, but she won't sell them (no option for trade menu).

Yeah soothing mist seems kinda wonky as a whole. Tried it out. AI decided to waste turns trying to wake up their buddy since it constantly reapplies it making it a bit stronger then it would seem at first glance. Since you have enemies hitting their own ally for quite a bit of damage on top of wasting AP for that. If it only applied sleep on the initial casting it'd probs be fine imo.

It also bugs out if you're standing in fire while on top of mist since you just become hot/wet infinitely as mentioned by AarkNoa. Maybe it could be fixed by just making you immune to hot/burning, but it's a fairly common thing since fire is EVERYWHERE.

Hi, first of all I love this mod, definitely one of my favorites
on the other hand, I noticed some kind of bug with the 'Soothing Mist', where it makes enemies wet, but doesn't douse burning or warm enemies, causing the game to rapidly change from wet to warm and warm to wet totally crashing the framerate
and on top of that; sleeping enemies in the 'Soothing Mist' that are frozen and/or stunned will remain active and carry out their turn with a little bit of an optical bug where they stand still as if still sleeping
it's nothing serious, just wanted to let you know

Can these books also be >obtained< via the Cheat Commander Mod? That would be good. I mean, there are people (like me) who just want to try everything out ... and some (including me) also want to run through the stories in 'God mode'. (There's no real god mode, but you know what I mean. :D)

Get a source skill for each of the requirements. E.g.: for archon you need to combine a pyro, hydro, geo and aero source book all together

Thanks for the support! Yeah I do find entangled quite hard to balance around, it is pretty strong, but I tried to balance it with source cost and AP cost. The radius for the entangled is 6m, which is about twice the size of a fireball. The status itself only lasts a turn. It probably needs some tweaking but honestly I haven't played in a while so let me know

Hey ! I love what you did, Crafted spells are my favorite ones ( Vacuum Aura is my crush in the base game spells).

I haven't reach that far with this mod but "One with the nature" sounds really REALLY strong for me, I explain :
Entangled is for me THE strongest control in the game, combined with "Torturor" you can literally root someone anywhen, regardless of the damage dealt by the status effect. (You can acces Worms Tremor + Torturor at lv 4, in the regular game which is broken to me)

So may I ask what is the range and the duration of the entangled from "One with the nature"?

Otherwise, I have to admit that the "Blight Shot" from Necro/Huntsman is sooo cool. interaction between status are awesome, but I still haven't tried everything yet.
