The "weird" gendered behaviour, as you put it, is merely an accurate representation of how things work in real life. Men are also temperamentally and culturally more likely to propose, so again, accurate. "Equality" is not forcing everyone to behave the same way. That's tyranny. Equality is simply making everyone equally allowed to do what they want to do, not forcing them to do it. You'll still get differences in behaviour due to biological differences between men and women.

BioChemicalWolfGear "Queer" is literally in the LGBTQ acronym. This is the problem with that ideology, it will never please everyone because it's inherently self contradictory.

I think this may have a compatibility issue with EdB Prepare Carefully? Doesn't allow customization of relationships in preparation menu.

Hi Suzi, love the mod however I'm getting the same error as eva.
I've tried running only this mod and it still causes the error.

Just a note, it appears Queer makes a check for same-race-relations that vanilla also runs, which results in it being impossible for, say, an avali and a bearman, to form a relationship if the player is running Humanoid Alien Races.

Loving this mod, but it is not running perfectly for me. I am using 1.0 and checked with a friend that they have the same issue as me.
whenever a romantic interaction happens, it says for example -
Could not resolve any root: R_logentry debugLabel: Interaction from recipient Maya became aroused and agreed to become Sacriel's lover.
When this same entry for same save without this mod says:
Sacriel tried to romance Maya by cheerfully making fun of her bravery. Maya became aroused and agreed to become Sacriel's lover.

And it is like this for all romance interactions.
I have windows 10.
I tried new game, new game with just this mod, older games, redownloading mod, verifying game files, reinstalling game, and I am using default english rimworld, so I think there is some fault in mod itself.
Any suggestions? It is losing a fun flavor.

I found it weird that a space-age civilization would still believe in ancient christianized gender and sexuality to the point that actual queer characters were super rare, given that before them, gender was understood as greater than binary terms. Gotta love it, right?
