I'm pretty sure there is a feature in this mod to make a sterilazation reversable through this add-on mod. But I'm not certain if it's an option for pawns in this mod, but i guess it is.
Would require the base mod "children, school and learning" and therefore maybe comes with more otions than you would want.
i have said my piece, goodbye
to the base game
You easily can say no to extra meat.
It's useful for dogs if you dont want them to overbreed but want to breed them later.
You could just use the auto slaughter feature from rimworld 1.3 to keep your population from going over 50.
@Mickey Surviving RNG
Not needed because of what I stated above. You cannot say no to extra meat every once in a while
this mod adds
- Surgery to permanently neuter animals, free
- Surgery to make animals reversibly infertile, 1 medicine
- Bill to abort pregnancy (works even on females in early stage)
Vanilla has only added the first option, i'd still happily use the other 2, especially the second one :)
And this is what I meant, I could potentially write a solution, but it would only work if the human child mod uses the vanilla systems. The moment it does anything unexpected it would break. And there is unfortunately more than one mod that does this.
Either way, him having too many children is a problem caused by those mods and those mods should offer a solution, not a third party mod.
I already ensured that my mod works with pretty much any animal mod.
If you force pregnancy on a human female through the dev mode they'll become pregnant and a child will be born. They even have a gestation period of 45 days set in the base game files.
Seems like Tynan wanted to add pregnancy at one point but realised it was pointless, as a child needs years upon years to finally reach maturity.
The issue is, in vanilla humanlikes do not mate or use any pregnancy mechanics. So I have nothing to base my code on. I would need to look at several mods that add these systems and how they do it and tailor individual solutions.
So your best bet really, is to go to the mods that allow your colonists to "breed" and ask for a solution there.

Thank you for add Abort Pregnancy menu.
So, I update the Japanese translation for this mod. So I sent Pull request from GitHub. Please confirm and merge. Thank you.
