Guys, its already in the game as it says "approved" and is marked in green.
It is not sold in the store though, you can obtain it by unboxing "robo crates" with a robot key, or trading for it.

This one is definitely my favorite of the robo items. I was lucky enough to unlock two of them. My only gripe is I wish my engineer and soldier could wear it!
