I usually don't like when people spoile secrets, but I'm impressed. The pictures are of just a couple of buds, I made the map by myself. The 3 TPs in the huts are not secrets, I will be labeling them in the next update

Throughout the map there are many portals, they are small houses and there is one above the well
Like other said, there is one button in a church
At the left corner of the map, there is a house with a locked door, you can get inside the house by jumping up the well, if you press the button inside the house, the door will be broken, and at the rooftop there is a stone button
Under the well there are 4 buttons, if you shoot one, it will give you AWP and DEagle
There is a stone button inside the house at the middle of the map
In the mine, under 4 coal blocks there is a hidden spot, you can get there by crouching (it just like Mirage's hidden spot)
That's what I found after searching for a while, this is a pretty fun map, I will search for more
SPOILER: Actually the secret is just some pictures of... maybe top donator or creater of the map... sorry I don't know and a diamond block with a button, if you press it it will play a song
