Some submods still remain separate, like this one or 4 / 3 SP per level, because they were either less popular, easier to keep their features completely separate, or we felt that the players should continue to have the option to 'opt out' because they were not essential to our vision of the game.

I have posted this in the main page of Part 3, but I'll just put it here as well because I think it addresses the same issue:

We are sorry to hear that you don't feel Part 3 is a worthwhile addition to your games. Many of the features were part of separate submods created because of player requests or inspired by player feedback, but eventually it was pretty difficult to keep everything co-ordinated, updated, and working together, hence why we brought it under the banner of Part 3. While we agree that the Overhaul was more flexible while the submods were modular and separate, we feel that our decision is justified as it allowed us to move forward in creating a more cohesive Overhaul experience, with the various parts interacting with each other more.

@Johna Agreed, huge bummer. 1 and 2 are great but part 3 just isnt fun, especially as chaos or beastmen. I wish we had a stand alone of this that would work with just 1 and 2 like it used to. I used to love this mod.

it would appear that once you build a tier 4 city for khemri that it places a bretonnian city model is placed down

Is this no longer working for the Empire when capturing Dwarven settlements in ME, for others here, or just me? As in, not able to build past level 2 all of a sudden.

@mordecai I did some more tests, and i can't replicate the issue. You might be using an outdated version of this mod, or a conflicting one. Here is the popup message when i move my mouse over the t4 building.

Construction not possible. You can only erect this building if you have built the previous building level.

But the T3 building are already finisch.

I was trying Couronne and Lyonese. When i reach t3 in the minor towns, i can see the t4 buidling in the building window, but i gain a popup message when i move the mouse over the t4 building. I need first the building before the t4. Sorry for my bad english :)

First, great work with your mods, thx!

But i try Bretonnia and this mod doesnt work. Only tier 3 town is possible. I dont think that other mods make trouble because i test it with dwarf (same Mods) and it works correct.

It's a real shame that radious part 3 is needed for this mod, as it ruins the late game particularly.

Mod Updated - 01/08/21

- Added Tier 4 settlements to Wood Elves and Chaos factions, relying on their expanded settlement mechanics from Part 3 of the Radious Overhaul. This means that Part 3 is needed to play this mod and will crash otherwise,
- Removed walls from settlements of factions that don't have walled settlement maps, such as wood elves. It worked for auto-resolve, but resulted in bizarre behaviour of the game when it comes to choosing battle maps when such settlements were attacked,
- If you have ongoing campaigns and don't want to add Part 3 (although I thoroughly recommend you do), here you can find a legacy version of this mod to finish your ongoing campaign: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Agh-xpyNoM0ZgehqyIzMf1PhxfeUCw?e=mWsHN3
- The legacy version will not be updated in the future and will not be supported.

Did i miss an official update that prevents tier 3-4 settlements mods for the Wood Elfs? Also what of the Norsca settle anywhere submod (I know about the new skills being added for the legendary lords)? I'm not going to ask about the Horde Settlements submod because of the new Beastman mechanics

Oh, and another thing, the build stops updating at level 2, it shows that it can update but doesn't have the active icon to update the build. Do you know what it can be?

Not using any other mods that may collide with this nor did i chang the load order. I've been using this mod with my other mods (radious part 1,2 and 3 for example) for a very long time and now it just stopped working. Tried removing every mod one at a time and everything worked except for when i enabled this one for some reason.

Would it be possible to make this mod compatible with Radious part 3? Particularly the wood elves as they can build cities in minor settlements in that mod, but they only go up to level 3.

@Mephisto, that's by design, since Wood Eleves use different mechanics. So yes, they don't build tier 4 minor settlements.

Hello, I have a question. I am playing with the dark elves and I have attacked a norsca settlement of tier 4. With this mod this settlement has walls, but when I play the battle, it occurs on a very simple map. I think it is because there isn't battle map for Norsca with stone walls. They use wall of carcasses. Would it be possible to eliminate the ability to include walls for Norsca settlements of tier 4?

Well... I was wrong.. I can build up to tier 4 settlements, unless I'm playing with the newly added high elf factions.

doesn't seem to work for High Elves. I can't build tier 4 settlements as Yvresse or Knights of Caledor... Seems to work for non-high elf factions though!
