I found a backup and reverted the mod to that.

Oh AND you removed the ability to close the cheat menu, so you're stuck with a million decision tabs the whole game.

oh AND you removed research slots, which i don't get. Honestly i'd say just revert it to the old version, update it to modern versions of hoi4, and let it be.

By this point I am very done with this mod. Sorry for lazy update, but I wanted to get over it quickly. I'll add in the suggestions and then abandon it or delegate it to someone else.

Did you remove the Resource Debug Tool?
Can't find it
