That's probably the same problem as with Mexico in MTG. Updates might change portrait names or something. I'm not sure. I'm sorry.

Been a while. Just to update you all, I encountered an issue with this mod whenever Man the Guns was released. New portraits weren't showing up in my files, portraits I put in were being overridden in-game. Probably simple stuff to fix, but I'm not a legit modder, so I don't really know what the problem is. I'd love to fix this mod, assuming I still have the files, but I lack both motivation and general knowledge of what I'm doing beyond putting portraits in, though apparently I've messed that up already, too.
I hope you all have a wonderful time with all the working portrait mods out there!

P.S. if the mod says it's outdated, it's still usable. It should be fully updated but the workshop is wonky like that sometimes. It's a portrait mod, it doesn't really conflict with any patches or updates typically speaking.

All Japanese military & political leaders (save for most advisors) should have portraits. Do you have any conflicting mods?

I like Churchill's weird shrunken head

I've been trying to put a lot more effort into this mod lately and I would really like to thank all of y'all for checking it out.

It should be iron man compatible but I have yet to actually check.

And some of the framing is for quality purposes, and some is just because I like the photo better with the whole look rather than just a face shot.

Something I would recommend is making the frame of the portraits more consitent. Instead of having the portraits where some show waste up shots, others are neck up shots. Logically you could just crop them to all be sholderish up like in vanilla
