If you're on a watch list for that, I'm definitely on a watch list with how I research chemicals. (Chem Major (I swear that's all it is I'm not Walter White (but I do need the money)))

Geez louise.... :steamfacepalm: I have to wonder if some people are either too lazy to search the Workshop for alternative or (continued) mods, or if the thought of doing so never occurred to them... :lunar2020sweatrat: Search is your friend!

ColinCantKill Mar 16, 2022 @ 7:38pm
can u make it work with 1.3?
MadArtillery Dec 14, 2021 @ 4:55pm
Never run into any issues using this with the new update so seems the outdated warning doesn't mean anything.
Thundercraft Sep 11, 2021 @ 7:35am
@Kalas-Hydra wrote, "conduits are covered in plastic for insulation so they are flammable"

Counter-argument: Fire-resistant (and even fire-proof) insulation for wires are a thing. And while many homes have wiring inside PVC plastic conduits, some use steel tubing instead. (I've seen steel conduit installed, personally.)

Besides, not even PVC catches fire that easily - unless the fire gets super hot. And it's not like a fuse that burns along it's length once lit. Some plumbers use fire - like a blow torch - to repair PVC pipe or to soften and then bend it into a curve to go around corners or tight spaces.

Anyway, in-game, vanilla Power conduits are made of nothing but steel. No other material is used to make them. So I'd assume they're mostly or all steel. The author of the Conduits Don't Burn mod argued quote, "...burning one cable in half wouldn't destroy the wiring in an entire base".

Thanks @Khorne Flakes, glad you shared this, and corn for the corn god hehe ^w^
Lotus Elise Jul 28, 2021 @ 5:11am
in 1.3 RW steel is flammable as gas... me? no thx, I do not smoke bad things a lot to take it seriously, so I'm playing version 1.2 and looking forward mods updating.
Droante Jul 26, 2021 @ 12:53am

Just wanted to say, while updates are always nice, you should first and foremost take care of yourself and anyone who respects your work will wait for you to release the update when you wish to
TurtleShroom Jul 21, 2021 @ 10:39am
I really, REALLY want to see this Mod updated for V1.3 . Please consider doing so if you can, because I can't play "Rimworld" without this Mod.
The Bard of Hearts Jul 20, 2021 @ 7:21pm
+1 for a 1.3 update! :steamhappy:
Ex Ossibus Fumus Jul 18, 2021 @ 6:56pm

F1tgal911 Mar 17, 2021 @ 6:10am
@Bufu69 TY for the hint
Vulture Mar 10, 2021 @ 7:54pm
Don't care about fuel and steel beams but Bufu's "do not install, this overwrites defs instead of patching them. " worries me.
Desmond Feb 6, 2021 @ 5:03pm
@silent to be fair, a LOT of things burn in their powdered form that wouldn't normally burn as easily
Silent Feb 4, 2021 @ 12:44am
steel burns irl, so much that it's an ocha violation to have steel powder lying around.
DamonKross Jan 14, 2021 @ 11:51am
why the fuck did this all turn into 911 conspiracy theory
SimulatingCannibalism Jan 7, 2021 @ 7:37am

Lil' Lily Dec 28, 2020 @ 10:42am
Jesus, why did i go reading the comments section? Just more proof Steam is full of morons.

My pawns are not finding a job and stuck in place. I am not able to find the source of the error but found similar problems with people with this mod installed.
Can this error be linked to this mod? Thanks.

I'll get slammed for this.
Metal. Does. Burn.
Kalas Hydra Dec 5, 2020 @ 4:09pm
@Smut conduits are covered in plastic for insulation so they are flamable
WaKKO151 Nov 29, 2020 @ 10:22am
momentum does not increase temp
Amalek Nov 21, 2020 @ 4:20pm
Exactly. And that's also the reason why the WTC is the first building to collapse completely straight down. And that with two towers. Every other house in the world needs a controlled explosion to collapse in on itself.
And the fuel of the Boeing burns so extremely hot that it has blown the Boeing up in the Pentagon. Also a new record. With every other crash a huge wreck remains.
Broski Nov 16, 2020 @ 1:53pm
@Terran Two fully loaded 747s weighing almost a million pounds apiece slammed into the side of WTC at over 800mph. Thats how.
Odium Nov 1, 2020 @ 2:12pm
Proof jet fuel does not melt steel beams
Smut Oct 16, 2020 @ 5:50pm
Why did you leave out conduits? I like the other one better due to this.
我爱胸部 Oct 2, 2020 @ 8:30am
@Terran
I think it's because two huge ass airplanes flew into it
Terran Sep 25, 2020 @ 4:04pm
IF metal can't burn, then why did the WTC collapse eh???
The Stricken One Sep 15, 2020 @ 12:45pm
@Reckonso it was the taxpayers money that melted
fail2ban Sep 11, 2020 @ 3:42am
@2qhurda9 yeah if a 40 tons plane with maybe 10 tons of fuel crashes into a over 400m high building it maaybe collapses as the steel reaches a certain point of temperature (around 730°C is enough, to change the inner structure of steel)...

you need an enormous amount of heat and air, to burn steel
MasterOfBacon Sep 6, 2020 @ 12:10am
does this work with multiplayer?
2qhurda9 Aug 29, 2020 @ 5:12am
The steel in the twin towers did not melt. It was the glue, yes glue, that they used instead of rivets, that melted.
Ootcie Aug 28, 2020 @ 7:44pm
I've heard about this mod and reading the description made me laugh "(i'm probably on a watch list now)". I haven't tried it yet but thanks in advanced.
⎛⎝Arky⎠⎞ Aug 23, 2020 @ 1:00am
What about 911?
Ghojo Aug 19, 2020 @ 4:41am
