Should be updated for BBA. Three colour portraits were added (for Colson, Larminat and Vauthier), done by Abbus. General Olry is also no longer impersonated by someone else. Please report any bug and make sure to unsuscribe, delete the old files, resubscribe if the mod doesn't show up in your launcher or does not work ingame.

@Karina i don't think it should be added since he wasnt leading anything in WW2

It needs an update. To be speciffic, you need to update history file to BBA. There are no starting fighters and no aviation tech are researched.

Can Marshal Pétain be added?

@Alzen Very unlikely since the Expert AI mod modifies, and thus overwrites, pretty much every file related to country management in order to railroad the AI decisionmaking.

Is the mod not compatible with Expert AI? When I load the game without it, the new generals are here but when I activate Expert AI they are not here any more.

Salut ! je suis Tarasque sur Reddit et j'ai fait de nouveaux portraits récemment pour plusieurs généraux et amiraux français : parmi eux : les généraux Prioux, Héring, Blanchard, Georges, Corap, Flavigny, Touchon, Héring, Freydenberg, Vauthier, Bourret, Nogues, ainsi que les amiraux Laborde, Gensoul et Castex ! Si tu veux je peux te les envoyer en MP :D

Make sure to unsubscribe, manually remove older files, clear your cache and re-subscribe if the mod doesn't work at first.

Mod has been updated for No Step Back, everything turned out alright in the end and no re-upload was needed. New portraits have been added and the vanilla military staff roster has received an overhaul to allow for more customization should the player wish to go for an ahistorical path

Between work, family stuff and other hobbies, i'm quite busy right now and from what little I have seen, the mod will more or less have to be remade from scratch so it may take a while to update.

If the mod refuses to work despite the update, unsuscribe and manually delete the file from your steamapps/workshop/content folder before resubscribing and redownloading it.

Ok, this was annoying, after several hours of frustrating tinkering with the PDX uploader, I seem to have managed to get the uploaded files to work, but I to do so I had to manually delete the workshop file of this mod in the Steam folder before redownloading it. Tedious, but I have no other solution to offer right now.

No idea what's going on, the local mod files work but the uploaded version does not. The uploader must be fucking things up at some point but I have yet to find where/how.

ok, it appears that the last version of the game must have completely changed the history file or the way generals are added, I will have to take a look and see if I can fix it.

When I just use this mod it doesn't add any other French Generals

mod updated, admirals have been added, some stats have been tweaked. Please report any broken portrait, all is good on local, but upload may mess up things. It helps me a lot to find the cause if you can tell wether you are getting a "no picture found" (silhouette with a ?) or a broken picture (usually a black/dark grey background) error.
