Seems like this mod was ahead of its time.

You didn't link the original though?
Gogmagog Jul 19, 2019 @ 7:46am
Does this mod let friends who are devouring swarm/determined exterminators/fanatical purifiers co-op with eachother?
Zophyr Jun 6, 2019 @ 4:37am
will this mod be updated?
Aþi Apr 20, 2019 @ 4:25am
I would LOVE to be able to Unify my Member States in a MeGa FEdEraTioN
spectre199 Mar 12, 2019 @ 2:52pm
will this be updated
The Imperial House Feb 27, 2019 @ 5:00pm
can you unify the federation member states into one large super state
iGalaxied Dec 30, 2018 @ 4:43pm
My federation is a military-might federation, meaning whoever has the strongest military gets the seat of power. How do I 'challenge' the seat of power? Considering I have nearly 60K more fleet power than the current ruler, and 8.5K more than the second-most powerful.
Tuxu -=JeepC=- Dec 30, 2018 @ 1:48pm
great job! will this update?
Rastro Dec 29, 2018 @ 11:44am
Can you still go to war by yourself, or can you not declare war at all?
=(FGR)=Sentinel Dec 29, 2018 @ 7:28am
It's based off economic power. I started a federation with someone that was a a better economic powerhous than me in some way or another but had a weaker military and they became the Federation President. Considering being President doesn't really give many benefits in vanilla there's not much lost though.
Rastro Dec 11, 2018 @ 4:51pm
Is it economic? I thought it was military?
RudytheDominator Dec 11, 2018 @ 3:28pm
I looked at this, the mod still works for the most part. Some of the modifiers don't do anything, but the Consensus vs majority Rule vs Executive Power still works, as well as most other parts of the mod. Including elections. Although if the leader of the federation drops to 75% of another federation member's economic power, a new leader will be chosen. This means a new election or an automatic switch to the new leader. The old pre 2.0 version can still be found on the internet, so if anyone knows how to mod to update it to 2.2, go look it up.

tldr, Mod Works with 2.2, with some quirks.
Rastro Dec 8, 2018 @ 1:14pm
doesnt 2.2 change leadership to the strongest military power?
Pinenuts Dec 8, 2018 @ 7:33am
Will you update this?
Johnny Cache Oct 23, 2018 @ 9:39am
Sort of works, but not really. I passed a law to make the federation leader permanent, but elections still keep happening.
spectre199 Oct 19, 2018 @ 11:51pm
I too would like to know if this is still being worked on and if it will be updated for 2.2 Le'quin
Qui-Gon Jake Sep 15, 2018 @ 3:25pm
Hey lyndonguitar, are you still working on this mod? If so I'd love to collaborate with you on further improving this mod, I was just thinking that their should be more options and policies for federation and found your updated version of Narcoleptic Insomniac's mod. Cheers mate and hope to hear from you soon! :)
TeadyBear161 Aug 31, 2018 @ 5:14pm
@Rastro i think that would be kinda neat but allow member so seperatly join not a majority vote and they all join or somthing
TeadyBear161 Aug 31, 2018 @ 5:13pm
when a new member join the federation it resets the Federation Authoritative Power
Peter34 Aug 27, 2018 @ 5:38am
Is this mod still alive?
Bruorton Aug 14, 2018 @ 7:38am
If you don't mind a suggestion: a possible federation policy to set the fleet contribution from each member higher or lower than the default 20%.

Of course this might need to include lifting the hard federation fleet cap (500), since even at 20% that creates very diminished returns with more than a couple fed partners. (Or is there already a mod I haven't seen that does that?)
Rjkl12345 Jul 30, 2018 @ 8:22pm
plz update
Rastro Jul 24, 2018 @ 4:44pm
@TeadyBear161
Where you can enact a vote to unify the federation into a single, cohesive, nation under one rule. In effect, one annexes all others and they cease to exist.
TeadyBear161 Jul 24, 2018 @ 3:02pm
Ive played with it on 2.1 no I haven't had any issues
TeadyBear161 Jul 24, 2018 @ 3:01pm
what do you mean by federation Unification??
Tk427gaming Jul 15, 2018 @ 12:55pm
that would be cool
Cubee 89 Jul 14, 2018 @ 7:19pm
i was hoping you plan to add the federation unification into this mod
Gregon Jul 7, 2018 @ 9:49am
yes, it works mostly fine. I did not notice any issue yet, except the problem that guys wrote earlier
Peter34 Jul 7, 2018 @ 5:39am
Does this mod work well with 2.1?
Tk427gaming Jul 6, 2018 @ 12:17pm
I have had that problem for a long time.
Magmaul Jul 5, 2018 @ 5:44pm
Just found a bug. If you close federation proposal window (even clicking EXIT) before you actually propose anything it will set event flag that forbids you to open another window. You are then just stuck, you can't open it again from the event menu, because it is still "running". The main problem is that the EXIT button does not remove event flag, that forbids you from opening additional event windows.

This seems like a great thing to use for a multi player game
TechSY730 May 31, 2018 @ 5:25pm
Just to make sure you know about this when looking at 2.1 compatibility. There was a breaking scripting change in 2.1 the developers didn't do a good job letting modders about.
https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/dev-team-2-1-0-documentation-if-else_if-else.1100202

Your scripts may be doing the wrong thing silently if you need to update them and don't.
Sergio May 25, 2018 @ 1:12pm
I need your help. I can not see which federation rule I choose. I only see legislation 13.a. I have disabled all other mods but still stands legislation. 13.a. what can i do?
Chastity the Celibate May 24, 2018 @ 4:13am
Update to 2.1?
Tk427gaming May 23, 2018 @ 1:23pm
that would be cool
RealWilliamG May 22, 2018 @ 11:37pm
Is there a way to see which planets vote for you in a representative election? It would be cool if the capital had like a 90% chance of voting for you, core worlds 75 - 80% and outer colonies to be about 55%.
post-left wholesome May 22, 2018 @ 3:39pm
mutiplayer?
RealWilliamG May 20, 2018 @ 2:54am
Good job updating this
Jin May 15, 2018 @ 6:37pm
Any news on updates for this?
von_das May 7, 2018 @ 2:54am
Really hoping this gets updated or picked up again by someone else. Federations could be so much more.
lilop May 2, 2018 @ 5:43pm
Even after passing permanent leadership I still get elections every 10 years with each empire getting a vote. Is it supposed to work like that?
Lehafir May 2, 2018 @ 6:37am
Somthing seems not working correctly, I don't get any texts
