caesar is pronounced, in latin, like kaiser, which is also how it is pronounced in fallout new vegas, hence the reference

I always felt like I was fighting against Imperial Germany rather than Imperial Rome when Caesar's men call him "Kaisar". Glad I'm not the only one who thought that way
