Yes, por favor, 2.2!!
Usokitsuki Dec 7, 2018 @ 5:50am
Any chance of 2.2 update?

building pixel size is 98xz98 some of yours are 100x100 causes a slight bit of overflow, otherwise nice mod like the style

The icon of the Galatic Stock Exchange is also the same as the icon of the power station, which is hard to understand. Also, although this is a very demanding request, is it possible to prepare an icon corresponding to the Tier?
GameMaster Apr 20, 2018 @ 9:56pm
It's just too bad that the mod is for 2.0.3 instead of 2.0.2 right now...
RudytheDominator  [author] Apr 20, 2018 @ 7:59pm
@GameMaster Yes it should. Ethos Buildings (cool mod) adds new buildings, and so this mod is compatible with it.
GameMaster Apr 20, 2018 @ 3:30pm
So would Ethos buildings work?
RudytheDominator  [author] Mar 29, 2018 @ 3:11pm
It should be as long as that mod doesn't over-write the vanilla buildings.
Gargozul Mar 20, 2018 @ 5:10am
Same question: is it compatible with "Buildable Ancient Buildings"?
lyndonguitar Mar 6, 2018 @ 9:24pm
is it compatible with 'Buildable Ancient Buildings'?

I read the description and it seems to me the best way to approach this would be to create city tiles, that give bonuses on adjacency with power/resource tiles.
It does make no sense at all to have a planet covered in those minerals/energy buildings.
Kreg Feb 27, 2018 @ 9:21pm
Beautiful work!
Darloth Feb 27, 2018 @ 5:58am
Ingame screenshot: http://puu.sh/zwMXj/e87ecb3654.jpg - the selected tile is an Energy Grid rather than a Power Plant, but you can't tell.
Darloth Feb 27, 2018 @ 5:57am
Some of the graphics for this are not actually fitting into the tiles, so they don't show up.

While this isn't a particularly big deal, it means that the (currently small) visual differences between mining/energy plants and their planetwide grid upgrades are not actually visible at all.

May I suggest reverting the graphics for the mining/power grid upgrade, so that they are immediately visually distinct?

Of course, even fancier, bigger graphics for those that still jump out at you would be ideal (best way to go about this is probably less detail, more large blocks, since the current citybackdrop to a standard facility is full of tiny detail)

These look great! Reminds me of Sim City 2000, somehow. Would you be able to supply some ingame screenshots?
tilarium Feb 25, 2018 @ 7:43pm
@Hogmos It's showing up as being achievement compatably when starting a new game. As Holy Athena said, mods like this usually don't break achievements. To anyone curious, this does with save games as well. @Rudy They look amazing in game, even better then they do in the picture. Thanks so much for this mod!
Allachor Feb 25, 2018 @ 1:29pm
Does this work with Fallen Empire buildings?
RudytheDominator  [author] Feb 25, 2018 @ 11:29am
Yah, I want to add more varriation to all the different levels, but it takes quite a long time....
Kaivo Feb 24, 2018 @ 4:01am
Do these change visually at all with upgrades? If not it might be cool to change the coloration slightly and add more buildings to the 'scene' as the structure is upgrading. A fully upgraded power plant might have many more and taller buildings clustered together compared to a base level one.

Regardless, this mod is certainly a cool idea. It definitely makes more visual sense than having planets full of power plants and mines.
samhan124 Feb 23, 2018 @ 11:49pm
Any chance to make the energy nexus look different than power plants? Can't really tell them apart.
bthgordon Feb 23, 2018 @ 6:05pm
It would be interesting to see some sort of mod like this that adds a set of buildings that are named and styled after more modern buildings, so you could have 'cities' like in this mod but styled after modern or near future architecture.
Holy Athena Feb 23, 2018 @ 11:37am
@Hotgmos It should be. The only times achievements are disabled is if specific files are edited that alter stats or numbers.

Music/images/art mods will never break achievements.
Hueban Feb 23, 2018 @ 8:29am
@Darloth Fair point
@RudyDominiator that sounds cool
RudytheDominator  [author] Feb 23, 2018 @ 8:18am
I was interested in possibly making more of a scene outside the Bunker. Like barbed wire, trenches, or other defences.

Ironman? Idk, I haven't played Stellaris in Ironman. I use too many other mods.
Hogmos Feb 23, 2018 @ 6:27am
is this achivement compatible ?
Darloth Feb 23, 2018 @ 1:53am
Alternatively, the fact that bunkers and other singular buildings look different will help, well, differentiate them.

Previously the bunker was nothing special. Now it's a gigantic city-sized fortress capable of containing an entire million people and several armies. Isn't that more impressive? :)
Hueban Feb 23, 2018 @ 12:02am
will you make a new icon for the fortresses? perhaps a cluster of bunkers instead of one?
Hueban Feb 23, 2018 @ 12:01am
