Colonists are still using medicine on non-urgent injuries despite having it set to not do that. Am I stupid?

I finally dropped 1.0 support because they held onto extra files.

Anyway the old pre-1.5 releases should work, and honestly the 2020 1.0 releases are all you need since they don't get updated, just included: https://github.com/alextd/RimWorld-SmartMedicine/releases/tag/2.4.0.5

@Uuugggg Awesome Inventory tends to make my game crash and has various glitches like every pawn turning into a black square after a hour or two. I just use RPG Inventory only,

to @Book Of Thoth: there is workaround for Anomaly DLC: you probably altered default medicine settings; try reverting back to "no medicine" (hand icon) for entities, and then cycle throw all already captured entities to undo already enabled medicine usage.

Stock Up in this mode is honestly obsolete, Awesome Inventory can handle that

The stock up window doesn't seem to recognize More Injuries medicine items, wish it did - that mod makes it important to carry stuff around like splints, those injuries are not otherwise treatable.

Could I request more injuries item compatability?

Gosh, I have the same bug as @Professional Pro and @疯傻傻疯傻 and @ El Goonty ☯.

Any item that COULD be stocked up, for example drugs, alcohol, even coffee, pawns will start 10 jobs in 10 ticks. The way you get it to stop is, you click the "Stock Up" option to have them store any amount of the drug in their inventory. Suddenly, they can haul the object again.

I have a bug to report - this mod conflicts with Anomoly DLC. When right clicking on the entity in the containment unit, there is no command menu to interact. Debug mode reveals link to Smart Medicine DLC.

Hi! Love the mod! It's in every single playthrough. Would it be possible to get a search in the stock up popup?I know Awesome Inventory adds it's own loadout system but I really don't want to use that whole thing just so I can have a search box for the stock up screen.

Same for me, after a run of 200h, I had a lot of deaths from infection, thinking it was normal. I did not finished building my church when the cemetery was already full. I just noticed that the mod generates a "started 10 jobs in one tick" error and the pawn stays on place and stuck on a patient. The mod is a very good idea, but I can't say what it conflicts with. (tested without mods that modify behavior at work or doctors in general)

So this mod conflicts with Starwars factions mod by brother oats. It causes pawns to just wander around when you have them scheduled for anything , and work. You also need to have an anomaly captured and set to study.

Bro please just add an option to hide surgery use best or make it more adaptable to the menu ui spacing in the health tab because it causes ui clashing and issues

Pawns standing still are, on my end, caused by the custom care for individual injuries .
Each time they froze/stand still, logs are spammed with warnings about pawns issuing several jobs in one tick. Sent more info/logs on Bug Reports

idk if it's an oversight or bug, but right click wound medicine selection doesn't save, has to be reset on game load

I would love to see an option to select the medicine desired for performing surgeries/operations. Per pawn would be awesome, but honestly, a global option works fine for my needs. I don't necessarily want Glitterworld medicine to be used for all my operations. I'd rather save those for critical illnesses, the biosculptor, and just keep them to use at my discretion. Industrial medicine is more than fine for a competent doctor.

Plus, I personally, and I'm sure many others, use other mods that change how surgery (and failure) is handled. So this mod would be that much more amazing if that were an option.

Great mod, just a bit sad that in the stock up settings I can't put hemogen packs for emergencies or for sanguinophages. Would be a great addition if you could

Does someone know how to make pawns stop leaving their bed at the instant they drop medicine for their medic ? It is frustrating as hell to lose a lot of precious time because the guy is not in his bed anymore when the medic is here to tend because he wanted to refill his pockets ?

When using the feature to change the tending quality for specific injury (here, default is medical herbs, but I want the doctor to use normal meds for an infection) when I give the specific order to tend to someone, the doctor just stands doing nothing, action written is "waiting" no matter how many time I give the order to go for the healing. I also think that if I don't give the order they'll never do it on their own.

Minor problem: Pawns become totally unable to heal an entity in containment (Anomaly DLC). Like, they just engage the "Wandering" state (and stop doing any work) when the treatment setting is any higher than... "doctor care no medicine".

Visual exceptions puts it as the highest cause.

Checking bug reports... people say this mod is what is causing problems with entities.

I can confirm, Priority Treatment combined with Smart Medicine was the reason for my issue treating entities. It works fine with Priority Treatment removed.

Follow up re: my earlier reported issue of doctors not treating entities. I remembered that I have the Priority Treatment mod in my mod list. I've removed it and added Smart Medicine back in to see if it was conflicting. I'll report back once I get a wounded Entity.
