ENHANCED CAMPAIGN EXPERIENCE COLLECTION:

I never played WH1 though, but I suppose it was made in a way that allowed for regional recruitment without adding in some new script. You did manage to implement static heraldry on Lords, though, as when I tested the textures on a solo Couronne start, I rallied Artois under my banner and I made his army attack a random Greenskin army to check him out up close in battle--he had kept his boar-shaped coat-of-arms! But Lords seem to work differently than troops in terms of skins, as their physical display doesn't seem to be subject to any change in campaign mode.
In any way, still a nice mod to play with! Always down for some more lore-friendliness. :)
I've been trying ForTheEmperor's regional recruitment mod, which worked great in battles but broke upon loading campaign--he's apparently working on a fix, but I'm not sure it will be compatible with your retexture mods. Hence my question, since I've seen you made a similar mod for TWWH 1 back in the days.
1) Put the "Gigiauz_TW_WHII_preset" into Total War WARHAMMER II main folder (already done in your case)
2) Start the game and make sure the Reshade is running (you will see a bar on the upper side of monitor that notify you that reshade is running).
3) Then, press "Home" button on your keyboard and you will see a bar with a "+" at the top , click the "+" key and add my preset.
So, what do you think? Will you give the knights of lyonesse their vanilla color?
