The funny thing is that this wallpaper was never intended to work so well with rgb effects. Back in 2018 when I created this, there was no RGB plugin or even audio responsive features in WPE. I just wanted to create an abstract, colorful wallpaper. As it turned out it works pretty well with RGB lights. ^^
Sorry for having no solution to your question but what you are asking for is just not doable at the moment in WE.
Don't know exactly what you mean "in edit mode", the source files for the editor?
Most likely I'll find some time to take look on the next weekend. ^^

everything else is perfect
Move the line in the middle to the beat is totally doable. What have you in mind? Scale it to the music, or move it to the left or right or up or down on audio response?
I'm open for suggestions.
just a humble opinion I would like the middle line to move to the rhythm of the music
please 🙏
I kept improving
Thanks for using it.
I also would like the ability to customize colors etc, would be really cool if you'd add these options in :D
I´ll take a look when i find some time, maybe add some color changing via scripting but i´m not exactly sure what´s possible in this wallpaper because i didn´t open it in the last two years so i´ll have to check it out first and see what i can do.
Thinking twice about it i indeed had to press some buttons while making this wallpaper.
Would i could offer you is to add a customization so you can disable the animated image sequence in the middle (i´m talking about the flame-like-thing in the middle, not the continuous bar).
I added an screenshot just in case you're wondering.

A removal of the center image could do the trick?
In any case thanks for this background as-is.
i´m afraid this is not possible because the wallpaper includes some images that are not available in widescreen resolution and i have to rebuild them from scratch. Also i could not test a wallpaper in widescreen because i´m a fan of 16:9 aspect ration and therefore all my available displays are 16:9 or 16:10. ^^
Guess the only option is to let Wallpaper Engine do the scaling. Sorry for not having a better answer to your question.
Any change to get this in a wide format? It works in wide but the center images is only 1920.
Guess this wallpapers works pretty well stretched over two monitors because of the straight line in the middle.
After i finished the wallpaper and was looking for a name "Ghosts in the machine" was one of the first things that came up my mind and i decided to keep it.
Thank you for the nice comment. ^^
