I don't know if is this mod, but my archers have a bug where arrows makes the sound of a cannon.

I wish I could recommend this mod, but there is a bug causing the AI to receive waaaaaaay more men per unit than the player which means the AI gets 400 men ashigaru while you're stuck with 200. I looked in the .pack file to try and fix this issue but I'm not a modder so I couldn't find the bug. Mod works great in customs and I love the effects. But it needs an update before I'll use it in a campaign again.

What exactly does it mean, 'doubling the attacks'? Do you refer to attack speed? What table(s) you edited to change this?

"Doubling the attacks" aint a good idea

the distance in vanilla between an elite unit attack(30 points) and a peasant unit(2 points) is of 28 points

in your mod will be even bigger(60-2=58 points) meaning peasants will be totally useless, having doubled the number wont help them, because also the elite units number are doubled, so...but adding lets say...10 points per units attack, elite unit attack will become 40 and peasants 12, between them will still be the same 28 distance., thats more fair in my opinion

I started a campaign with your mod and the unit size did change, but only for the AI, not me. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

it works fine and it's so cool, but...is it fine that enemy units quadruples!!?? I mean....mine doubles just as the description says, but every enemy unit quadruples!! (general included)

Any reason this mod would randomly stop working regardless of me resubscribing?

The only reason I can think of is fucking around in the settings too much or incompatble mods but this happened before I subscribed to another mod not after.

Hello, 3PSQWERTY.

Thank you for a fantastic mod, playing Shogun 2/RotS/FotS just doesn't feel the same with normal units sizes.

However, I've noticed that the portugese tercios have ordinary unit size (120 men on ultra). All the other units are twice as large as usual, except the tercios. Is something wrong on my end? If not, is there an easy way to change this? I've tried my luck with the .pack editor myself, but to no avail.

my unit size isnt doubled it just incresed my unit size by very little ly the Yaru Ashigaru only has an extra 30 men and all the other units have only and extra 30 men , kets say the gerneral it dose double the troop count for the generals unit

3PSQWETY Could you help me? I tried to make a unit in MMS, but I can´t get it to game. I edited all needed filed, then I wanted to pack it with BOB. I chosed all the files I´ve edited plus units.loc or something like that, but the final packing shows me Database Export (orange, which means finished with warning). When I want to try my unit, it doesn´t shows up in-game. COuld someone help, how to fix that Database Export (error I suppose)?

@BinsonBanson I took a look at other mods for my inspiration mainly to find values I was looking for. Modding games like this requires alot of experimentation. For your specific values, I recommend taking a look under unit related files. there should be something about weapon damage there. I dont remember how I toggled the corpes, but i think it was in a config of some sort. As far as balance goes, I applied common sense mainly. I wanted more units to die faster because of the increased sizes, this way games werent hours long from sheer combat. Then, a few units that I felt needed a bigger buff or a slight nerf after testing, I went and altered seperately. Hope I could be helpful!

Hello,

Been messing with game files for ages now unable to make a mod like yours. Could you please tell me how you did it because if i can understand what you did to make this mod i can make one alike and im able to keep it updated all the time which it seems you cant do right now.

Please tell me the following information.

1.

What values to increase finishers to make many corpses.

2.

What values to change to make bows leathal.

3.

What changed did you make to DB files and how did you compile the balance of your mod as it seems you had almost a perfect balance IMO.

Finally...

If you can tell me in steps and somewhat easy steps i will also try and make compatible version for radious mods.

That is what I tested the mod in primarilly, so as long as the mod is still compatible with whatever CA has done in patches, yes.
