Hallo, guten Morgen, Nachmittag oder Abend, ich möchte eine Anfrage stellen, könnten Sie die Einheit Urban Cohort einbeziehen? Deine Mods sind fabelhaft und wunderschön! Aber ich denke, dass es in Ihren Zusammenstellungen notwendig ist, die Urban Cohort-Einheit von Rome I hinzuzufügen, eine mythische und nostalgische Einheit. Ich überlasse Ihnen die Mods des Autors und Reskinned, die er zum Original-Mod gemacht hat.

PS Und sorry, wenn die Übersetzung nicht sehr gut ist, ich benutze Google Übersetzer, vielen Dank im Voraus.

Ich habe eine Frage zu den regionalen Legionären: Funktionieren sie in der Kaiser Augustus Kampagne nicht mehr? Ich habe als Oktavian keine keltischen oder germanischen Legionäre. In der großen Kampagne und in Cäsar in Gallien funktioniert es und ich habe regionale Legionäre.
Ich benutze deine gesamte Kollektion, sonst keine Mods.

Each mod has its own folder with its own ID. Browse through the directory, it is there.

You have to look into the steam/workshop directory, the file of recently updated mods are no longer stored in the data folder.

Hey; it seems that (some) of the Ethnic Legionaire units don't have names on their unit cards. You can only tell which ethnicity they are based on the description that pops up on the unit stat overlay.

why cant bithynia get elephants as i have the option of building a animal trader or whatever it is to train them.

and when i tried bastarnea why couldnt i recruit falxmen and it says they are balkans tribe but why am i getting celtic units?

I don't experience these issues so something else has to be the reason. Maybe you have subscribed to too many mods? Try to resubscribe or varyfy your game files. At least disable other mods and see if it still works.
For 3D pictures you need the NordoPic mod. For other languages than English you need a translation mod.

Regional roman legionaries are now buggy, the (3d) pictures are missing and upon recruitment the name too

This health is their strength. They are a powerfull and expensive unit but not owerpowerd. Don't forgeth that they have low armour and half troup size on the other hand. I tested Pretorians in 1v1 against Germanic Spears and the Pretorians won with 60% of their soldiers alive. However, all Giant units have a low unit cap to restrain their recruitment.
So in my opinion they are not op, but if other people agree with you I'll change their stats.

Ive seen that the germanic giants and the giant spears are overpowered because of their health being 220 this means they can take on a oathsworn unit and even a pretorian unit and kill the unit especially when the germanic giants have a melee attack of 44.

I will check tomorrow night, my work sched is crappy 3 to 11:30 pm eastern us time, my days off are tuesdays and wensdays. so i shall be checking :) Ill keep you posted, and thanks for answering and again thank you for the hardwork. I got a taste of how dificult it can be trying to move units from wh1 that were abandoned to wh2 for personal use. the tables can be very confusing. so trsut me when i say you guys and all moders are amazing. and you wont ever hear a complaint from me. laterz

Look into your Rome II/dada folder. Which folders do you have there? It should be a campaign and ui/cursor folder. Sometimes the game leaves a folder that overwrites your files. Or go through the data folder and check every pack file that is not vanilla. Maybe one was left by deleting an old mod or if you added something from extern sources.

the mod that you asked for in the link it is outdated but confirm to be working recently, but as i said its been any mods, that i trow at it it glitches maybe it is a game issue. i did check the files and steam confirmed all was good.

diplomacy options, eastern and african units reskin, faster research, iberia unit upgrades and shield fix from sebidee, idle trai removed, more unit xp, naval units from debidee unit roster over haul, no hdr mod, no morale mod i love a fight to the last man lol next are yours better rome 2 compilation, your emblems wich i love but only dislike the egypt one but just my opinion :) youyr 4 year faction unlocker, your cavelry speed, that takes me to warhammer lol love it, your more client levies from state, your pics wich man i thank you its all i can really say lol, your unit compilation garrison add on, packs 1 to 5, your sebidee unit over haul patch to marry the 2 , now reds roman skin "the general issue happens even with out that skin but its the only skin that does work after my trick, hd envireoment mods those dont effect sebidee carthage and iberia expansion, sebidee unit overhaul, unlimited ammo and we want more armies mod

even a simple lets say red spartaskin wich works with all ur packs installed. if i were to uncheck try another sparta mod right, i get generals invisible. so i just swap again to original red sparta and same issue although it was working previously so i have to uncheck and recheck and the only issue about that is, truthfully the mods might work i recall you said in one of your post that reskins should be working :) thats why i been doing the trial and error I will list the mods that i have that works eventually together after my trick, ai food fix, arrow rain, better ai recruitment, music mods wich those never give an issue, cyanides easy diplomacy, when i wanna force a fav country to bend to my will lol, double size garrison wich works with your garrison mod, dresden sack and

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=456939791&searchtext=face and so far this is what i am noticing. when i add a new mod lol generals glitch so have to uncheck and recheck all non nordo mods and then leave yours for last and im back in the game. but mods like this or even the carthage one that shows a mix of all races they def give me the same glitch even adding custom germanic sword meaning anything that dont edit rome lol the generals go invisible lol, i have been wise doing trial and error for the most part.

Hm, can you post a link of this face mod? I cannot find it in the workshop. Did you check if this error happens with just that mod active? Maybe it's outdated and/or overwrites something.

my good sir nor dogroth first off thank you for all your packs I know it takes alot of time and work. just one question, I have all your unit packs. including the other packs to make game better over all. now sometimes when i test another mod that does not edit rome at all like the atilla face pack wich still works but dont have any actual italian/roman faces. would force the roman generals to be invisible, with your mods activated. now the atilla one is just an example of other mods i been doing trial and error with and thats the only issue only affects roman generals lol any idea what might cause it? :)

Thanks, actually I came here from Magnars video about updating mods hoping that there weren't any major changes so that you could write about them. I see if after these changes it will work. As I have seen a lot of people tell you that, but I will also say it : your mods compilations are really amazing, they make this game so much better, thanks for uploading them

Most unit mods don't need a change for patch 19. Maybe you've to add entries for the new silk city building or for the new factions if they should get the units.

For patch 18 (Dec 2017) you need to write a true entry in column 10 of the land_units_table (or main_units, not sure atm) for the long description.

First of all you should read some tutorials or watch tutorial videos (e.g. by Magnat) to find out what the tables do.

Hi, since you're an experienced modder I wanted to ask how do you update unit packs after patch? I tried to update "The Hench Penguin's Romans" but I don't know what to change (it was last updated in 2016). I'm a beginner so I completely don't know what I'm doing.

Hey Again! Just coming to report that this unit pack in particular breaks the kingdom of Kush's general recruitment. The have no generals units available making it impossible to get additional generals, not sure it it applies to any of the other DLC factions (my guess would be no, but I haven't tried them yet, and Kush is the only one that had a name change and possibly a ID change.) Just thought I'd let you know.

While most modders have moved on and abandoned Rome 2 you are doing a badass job keeping it all alive. I had just about given up on some of the best 'old' mods out there following patch 18.

So those five have no names or the other ones?
The duplicates aren't really duplicates, just with the same name but from another region. They shouln't appear in custom battle so I removed them, this was left from testing.

Do you have any "db" subfolder in your Rome II/data foler? If so delete it.

I also seem to have dupilcates of a few of them as well. For example I have 2 Arabian Legionnaires appearing in the unit roster and a few of the nameless ones have duplicates as well. I run Sebidees unit mods as well but im using your compatibility patch

Briton, Greek, Germanic, Gallic (possibly Celtic), and Eastern

Im not sure if this has ever been reported but some of the Expanded Legionaries have no unit names, just a blank space so you cant actually tell what the unit is. Is it just me that having this problem?
