all I want are charge nodes on other maps than Ab. Hope you can resolve the issue with the craftable node :)

Mod barely works for me for some reason, lots of issues, mainly with UI. The config seems to work, but the charge station displays all the wrong things. It says 5min cooldown even tho it restarts at 4:30 (I have 30sec cooldown set) The charge amount in the station is always wrong, it still goes up by 2.5/sec on the UI even tho I have it set to 80/sec. The ini setting you listed to hide the player inventory recipe does not work, copied it exactly. Can't figure out how to make the crafting requirement consume the charge out of batteries instead of the whole battery.

I haven't had time to circle back around to researching this mod and re-adding the modded nodes, so they are removed for now. the standard nodes can be adjusted for speed, etc with this mod. some people have had success, others haven't, again haven't had time to relook at this mod to find out why the variation. mostly what this mod is for at this moment is the adding of craftable element to players inventory. I will (sooner or later) come back to this mod and address items of standard nodes and moded ones, just have to find the time.

Do i see this right, atm all the ini setting are just affecting the moded ChargeNode? (wich is not implemented at the time)? Or ca i Adjust alsow the existing Nodes ?

There is no charge station currently. It was broken so it was removed a few weeks ago.

I just installed thei mod an cannot find you charge station in engrams. i did disable element crafting in inventory. am I missing something?

going to take one more crack at the craftable power nodes tomorrow, but If i can't figure them out, will be removing them from the mod till i can figure out what they aren't working as expected. so really weird mechanics behind how the devs added these.

sorry about the late of update. the way the Power Nodes are created, they were never meant to be crafted. I got all the main issues fixed, except for the issue of not being able to craft within them untill you move away from the node and back (basicly making it go into stasis). once it comes out of stasis, everything seems to work fine. still working on trying to find a method to fix it.

I placed a node and its invisible and cant interact with it. Thought it was a bug since i placed it on the ground so i made another and put it on foundations. Same thing happened. Just wasted resources apparently.

guys, there is a knowk bug allready reported from Locke's post with the element not being craftable unless you goto an official node. i think it's related to stasis and just going away from the node and back sets it, but unsure. it's being worked on as i just got home from work and will have an update shortly to hopefully fix this.

in reference to the custom settings, I don't know why those wouldn't apply as long as you have them in the ini. might be related to the other bug, not sure. focusing on 1 thing at time at the moment to get this stable again.

I placed the charge node changes now in my gameusersettings.ini and in my game.ini both wont work, however changing the requirements for the element crafted in my inventory works

Seems its broken on my server, i've entered the changes to the charge node in my gameusersettings.ini and can't craft element in the node aswell as disabled inventory element crafting to game.ini but its still showing. My game.ini has [/script/shootergame.shootergamemode] and works for all other settings i've changed for my server. Not sure what i've done wrong here and help would be apreaciated. Btw love the mod!

Sorry, It was really early when i sent my last message and I was working on the mod already, lol. I mis-spoke. the correct file is GameUserSettings.ini for the ini changes. if you want to contact me via steam or discord and send me that file, I'll review it and see if there is anything off within it.

well usually its supposed to go into the usersettings file. Do i have to put it into the game.ini? and its in the WindowsServer section

@... :: are you sure you placed them into the correct folders ini files? there are two depending on if you are using Dedicated server vs if you are using non-dedicated server. one folder is WindowsNoEditor and the other is WindowsServer. also the first line of the ini has to have the following line.

hmm.. although i have everything in my gameusersettings.ini file, all charged nodes, vanilla and crafted, have unchanged stats(crafting speed, inventory slots etc). im playing on a private server

Last but not least, I increased the max item slots of your modded node, and if you actually fill more than 20 slots worth of stuff in, it will not craft anything

And for anyone using S+, if you put this in the grinder, you can get unlimited resources from it and it will not actually destroy the node

So since your mod update, everyone can see the charge nodes now, so thank you.
New problem, a person now has to go to a natural charge node, and interact with its inventory in order to craft element on your Modded charge nodes

@Rumpel Stielzchen :: I didn't add them to a crafting station, because of the issues with multiple mods not able to place there items within the same crafting station. that's why alot of modder create a seperate bench to craft items in. I didn't want to add another bench, so craftable in inventory.

that being said, you should be able to move everything into a table that is required, then once you have everything, move it all over to your inventory. Or you can install a stack mod that reduces weight.

btw, new update coming in a few mins due to issue with placment of node on servers. you can craft it now, but can't place it. will be up in a few mins. think i'm geting closed to a stable build for anyone interested.

First of all, thank you for this mod and thank you for listening to us.. :) I like the craftable Charge Nodes BUT, i noticed that i can't get em the regular way because well, I can't get all the stuff into my inventory. Is there any way to craft this in a crafting station or did I miss something?

well, im really glad that youre listening to us, thats what makes a good modder :). i dont want to complain too much, i like the new craftable charge node, but your mod definetly needs some fixing and improvement. Looking forward to use this mod when its finished ^^

My thanks to auther for make the mod and removing crafting from inventory. Our server likes the vanilla way of makeing element in the charge station just not the time it takes.

Does the gui accessed by admins affect the charge stations already placed by aberrration ? or only the crafted ones?

@Temil2006 Well, i like the new Charge Node crafting actually, but it's just the way to configure it that is a bit bothering. Changing everything in the .INI is a lot more straightforward, rather than using the UI menu ingame as an admin to make it the way you want. Also being able to change the crafting was really handy, along with the ammount that it put up.

Just woke up guys and first, want to say sorry about the Botched update. Everything worked correctly in the devkit, and on my private server, but for some reason not working for others. My approch was to try and eliminate the need to open the iNI at all, well. that didn't work as planed. i also didn't think anyone wanted it to be crafted in inventory, guess that was a wrong idea.

anyways, update will be coming later today to fix these issues, make all new features work, and bring back the old features. watch for updated notes. again, sorry about this guys. not much more I can say, now off to work on this.

Yeah i think you should just change the mod that you can configure everything in the .ini, the way it is right now doesnt make any sense. if i have to be an admin to configure it it would be easier to just spawn in the element... give us the .ini options to adjust the charge nodes and the crafting requirements and the amount of element given per craft, then this mod would be perfect again :3

entire mod list broke (nothing would snap) ... do not know if this mod caused the break or if another mod caused a conflict .. but removing this mod fixed the problem.
