Maybe. The first steps will be getting work on Cavern, Swamp and Lava redone and published as Sprint maps. Then after that I might pack them back into here and replace all the outdated stuff.

Gotta say that was a trip! I haven't seen the movies in forever and this brought back so many memories. Can't wait to see what you do next.

I mean, I could release them now. They're unfinished though, and if I just push myself to finish them then they might turn out low-quality.

Inspired work can't really be rushed, but it can be paced. However, I don't have unlimited free time and the amount of work I want to do on both maps is going to take a considerable amount of that (think at least another 20 cumulative hours, if not more).

So they either get finished eventually , or I might set up a crowdfunding campaign and if demand is high enough work will get done faster.

Just when will the other two realms be ready?

This map is actually being discontinued, due to issues I've had with updating it since it's grown too large to playtest more than once in a single session.

I'll be breaking it into smaller, more manageable maps that you can combine to get a similar experience, though how I'm going to do that is yet to be decided.

One final update will be the death knoll on this project, but it was definitely really fun while it lasted!

I am still working on other realms, but I don't have anything in a real finished state as of yet. Though, the comments help. Brings my attention and focus back to this project - been so long since I worked on it that I can get into a habit of thinking that nobody plays it anymore :P

Soo... do you plan on updating this map still? Cuz me and my bro've really been enjoying it and would love to see more realms (and other features, possibly) added :D

I love this map. The reconstruction of the Acceledome is great, and the Realms are awesome and accurate. Looking forward to the next update!

Awesome, I hope you do continue to do these. They are really good, I can tell you're a huge fan of AcceleRacers with how much effort you put into these. Sucks they never made the 5th & 6th movie... And yeah making 4 different maps for the 4 different movies would be a good idea. But if you can fit them all into one level then that's even better. But if it turns out to be too laggy then yeah the 4 different maps idea is the better option. Anyways, Good luck! I can't wait to see how the realms turn out. :D

I'm messing around with it. I'm not sure exactly how much I can fit in one level without crashing most machines ... initially, I was going to release another map exactly like this one but with 4 different realms, or perhaps individual levels that you can string together into campaigns, but I recently made a discovery that might allow me to be able to fit everything into one.

This is incredible. 10/10, The 4 realms in this look really good too. (Swamp realm is a little laggy) So when will you be adding the next 4 realms from the Acceleracers: The Speed Of Silence?

I starting playing Distance earlier today (for the first time) and streaming my journey and I was talking about how I felt the acceleracers vibes from the game and remember I downloaded this track a lot time ago and started playing it for the first time today... Wow Dude! Thank you so much for the nostalgia! I am amazed at how well this game works with the idea of the movies! I was freaking out over it on stream! Much Love!

Is this not compatible with the custom car mod? I got this a week ago and it worked like a charm, but now I installed a vehicle mod so I could have the actual acceleracers cars and it just keeps crashing whenever I try to open it

Working on getting all the realms in order currently, but it goes for a while until it doesn't. It's one of those projects with no real release date, but which I work on continuously on-and-off.

This is one of the best maps ive ever played, would love to see the speed of silence level so that i can get the nostalgia back.

It's currently not working, I'm adapting this level and making episodic pieces.

That may be a bit too big for just one map. Ideally I'd like to follow the same formula as I did for this one, but judging from the size of the metro realm alone I might follow a campaign/level-set formula instead.

Yeah, especially after the 1.0 update added a lot of other songs I'll put in music queues as soon as I get the lava finished. I've got a whole host of bug fixes/updates/refinishings that you should see here pretty soon!

In my books if you want the Ultimate Accelracers Experience this is teh map to go to. I don't care what others think. In my books this is the ultimate Accelracers Exeprience. I can't wait to see the final product cause I understand you still need to add the Lava realm and I did see those under construction signs and found the way into the Silencers HQ which you did awesome with. 5 out of 5 stars in my books my friend

yeah... i mean i know what you wanted to do but i feel like if you wanted to make it show accurate add a checkpoint on the plat form or even a checkpoint near the portal rings and add that boost thingy to simulate the EDR (is that correct? XD) for when you respawn and let it shoot you to that platform to the other realms... other then that again this is really good
