Hey your portraits look really great, basically exactly like the final ones. What do you use to make them?

No they aren't. The warlords of China did not handle foreign affairs on their own, and owed their allegiance to Nationalist China. A crude way this could be represented in game is if they were puppets of China. The only reason they have them seperated is because China would be overpowered if they were united, even though they pretty much were united in real life.

They are in the next expansion: waking the tiger

Now if only Paradox would fix the Warlords to make them more like they were historically.

v If you we're to have him as the leader of all ideologies then this mod could become really fun. Maybe insert some more detail such as leader traits and having him be a general. Then the mod would become a lot better. Trust me I would definitely rate up if you we're to add a lot more detail into this. Possibly even branch into an entirely new mod for a Shanxi Overhaul with events and focuses and spirits and of the sort. Please!

Useless mods bother me. This mod is quite useless. BUT, it would be fun to play Fascist Shanxi, could you add him as the Fascist, Communist, and Democratic leader as well?

A Ma Bufang portrait is coming in the Waking the Tiger DLC. I saw it pop up on a World War Wednesday livestream. There is a mod on here that adds the warlords as generals for their own realms. Since this mod just changes the portrait file, it should be compatible.

Any chance to make him a general as well?
