Fishing Gear can now be produced by adding DS Small Village - Production or DS Neubert Smith Shop to The North & DS mods list.
However, the only buildings that can produce Fishing Gear are Village Workshop or Neubert Smith shop.
Please note that the Village Blacksmith and Jetty Workshop cannot produce Fishing Gear.
The Jetty Workshop crashes 100% of the time when clicking on the one under construction, but can be used without problems once construction is complete.
However, only Iron Tools, Fittings, Traps, Wheelbarrows can be produced, but not Wagon Parts, Fishing Gear.
Wagon Parts can be produced by using the Wagon Workshop.
As for Fishing Gear, there is no way to produce it (as far as I know), so Fishing Spots and Fishing Docks cannot be built.
So, the only solution put out there was to use a Jetty storage, not a vanilla storage. Didn't work for me, might work for you.
The Glass-Maker, Workshop and the Farmers Merchant.
After I place the footprint where I want the building no one will start work on it and if I try to interact with it I crash and get this:
Crash message:
A fatal access violation has occurred in Runtime-steam-x64.dill and the game cannot continue!
I do run the North and use the North Patch with this mod. Thank you.
For me, it sometimes crashes when I tear down the fishing bridge or a jetty bearing, rarely also a normal jetty. But it doesn't crash if it hasn't started building yet (Though if building materials have already been delivered, then it rarely crashes).
Absturzmeldung/Crash message:
A fatal access violation has occurred in Applicatioon-steam-x64.exe and the game cannot contuine!
A crash dump has been saved to [Banished memory path]\crash.dmp
Any recommendations?
I've had this problem and posted it Oct 28, 2019. Got no help. Took video down but re-uploaded it
Iron Fittings Where? . I receive no iron fittings in any stockpiles nor does it say anywhere that I've made any, and I've put down buildings that require them but they were never built because no materials could be found. If I remember correctly, I couldn't make glass, due to not being able to collect sand, due to me not being able to get Iron fittings.
Any recommendations?
- Jetty Mollusc Farm (for molluscs and I believe, another some-such?)
- (Jetty or CC?) Hunting Blind (for duck meat)
- (Jetty or CC?) Shore House (for turtle and frog meat)
- (Kid's?) Rabbit Hutch (for bunny meat)
I can't find any of these separately, does anyone know if they're available anywhere? There was also a kind of in-game terrain editor, where your bannies chop at the ground until it's nice and flat. :) It's been a while since I've been able to use these, so I apologise if I got my favourite modders mixed up.
does not produce lumber
does anyone have any tips or guidance?
Here is my gameplay video to show something is fishy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbmrRIFG7t8
Do I need a certain stockpile, because I tried making storage piles from Jetty and Bridges and they also require iron fittings.
Thanks for any and all help!
Do you also have any other mods above this mod? and if so what are they and their position in mod list, thanks.
It doesn't conflict really with CC. That being said, CC has its own (much smaller) version of this that uses wood pretty much exclusively. I think CC changes iron to iron ore, but the furnace that is included here allows for production with iron or iron ore.
