@atward1960: Unfortunately no, but I was just looking at it yesterday and remembered how I want to make more little small town office buildings like it. So maybe there will be some more in the future! ^^

And that's so cool! :D I feel very honored to have inspired planters in your garden ^^

This is among my favorite buildings on the workshop. I use it for so many things. By chance, do you have anymore gems like it hiding in your files? Love your work Sam, and it was good to see you on the Paradox show earlier this (March) month. BTW. My wife used your raised flower/park beds for insperation/ideas for our IRL raised beds in our yard. She calls them Avanya Planters.

I failed to update my previous inability to place these, so I'll do that now .. I subbed to Plop the Growables and it worked immediately. That was weeks ago. There are now an inordinate number of these small offices all over my city. Every little industry area needs a few small offices, right? 😁

Thank you!

@Clunk: That's because it's a growable. They are supposed to just appear in zoned areas automatically. If you want to place them yourself, then I suggest looking into the Plop The Growables mod. It stops them disappearing like that and a few other things. :)

Since you're new I'll also just link to this beginner's guide to mods since it's super handy and covers a lot of the basics of how things work. :)

I'm quite new to CS so I've probably failed to do something. . I place it, it builds, then 'poof', it's gone.

@Muckipup: Np and thank you. :)

Yes, you re right!!! I forgot the „plop the grow“-mod. Thanks and really good work😃👍🏻
Avanya  [author] Oct 14, 2018 @ 2:31am
@Muckipup: Nope. There's no need. If you want it ploppable there's Plop the Growables + FindIt or Ploppable RICO you can use to do that. There's instructions for each mod on their workshop pages. :)
Muckipup Oct 13, 2018 @ 3:38pm
Really nice, but maybe could you make it ploppable?

Very nice! I wish there were more 1-2 story commercial/office buildings, looks much more realistic in US low density areas. God damn vanilla office buildings are too tall in low density areas

Meget dansk design.
Jeg er vild med det! :D

I never understood why the developers only make big offices it seems.

Reminds me a bit of a Software Inc. starting office. Simple and useful, as it was mentioned below. Good use of alpha with the blinds, too. I'm assuming that's what that is.

Very simple but realistic and generic. I worked at an office that looked almost exactly like this.

Fantastic !! Thank you !!!

Thank you for the kind words! ^^ Always great to hear what I make is useful. More will definately come, but like I said in the description it will be a while. I have a bunch of other things I want to finish up before I get distracted. :)

Little buildings like this are so useful! Thanks. :)

This is a really useful addition to the workshop, a small utility building that will fit so many situations that currently aren't served
baronjutter Nov 23, 2017 @ 8:56am
Could make a good office for larger complexes like container facilities and ports.
Brandon Nov 23, 2017 @ 6:34am
wow as simple as it is, its perfect since it can be used as a doctor's office since there are almost none on the workshop... also with sign packs can brand the building any way I want. thanks, a nice adittion to my city. Also it looks like school classrooms since it is old, brick, and has overextended rooves for sidewalks that conect to other classrooms

Nice!

Now here's a segment sorely lacking - regular little office buildings! will look great in low density commercial areas
