If you just changed the colors like Dr. Vapor suggested into the current blue, gold, and purple, I think it's perfect for her. Hope this can get added now since it looks very nice.

OMG, best spectre set ever, good job

Interesting design, but I don't think it's right for Dota. It's too drastic of a change from Spectre's base model. I think if you redesign this with more of her original color palette in mind and try to work some of the designs from this set into her typical aesthetic, you will have a much more cohesive and guideline-friendly set on your hands.
