No, the similarities between the characters Ghost Freak and Obito were completely coincidental, I had never seen these characters before hand.
This set believe it or not was completely improvised from this single concept sketch.

Originally this set was going to be a more gold metallic armored casing surrounding Enigma covered in constellations, but it's current form evolved from many different iterations on the same sketch.

Is it possible to combine custom effects from two different items, if it can and this set has frost particle black hole effect, then I think it would be marvelous to see golden flame from world chasm artifact combined with frost particles
